RTMS Combined With Swallowing Training Curative Effect Observation Of Patients With Post-stroke Dysphagia

Objective: Through the rTMS combined swallowing routine training therapy and rTMS pseudostimulation combined swallowing routine training therapy,the depression field test rating,volume viscosity test scale score,swallowing contrast scale,and observe its clinical efficacy,to provide reasonable theoretical basis for the treatment of such patients.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria of swallowing disorders,32 patients meeting the inclusion criteria of this study were selected and divided into two groups:16 in the treatment group(rTMS combined with swallowing routine training)and 16 in the control group(rTMS pseudostimulation combined with swallowing routine training).Treatment will be performed 5 times a week for 2 weeks.The treatment methods of routine swallowing training are: drug treatment,pharyngeal cold stimulation and empty swallowing,tongue movement training,voice training,masticatory muscle training,and observe the changes of WST,VVST and WFSS scale before and after the treatment of patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders.The Result:1.After treatment,the swallowing function of the two groups was improved,the WST and VVST and VFSS safety and effectiveness scores in the treatment and control groups,which were significant(P <0.05).2.The P value was0.029 <0.05,and the mean showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both groups had a certain treatment effect,and the four evaluation indexes in both the treatment and control groups improved,improving the swallowing function.2.The treatment group has a high overall response rate,a definite efficacy,and a significant improvement in swallowing function.Therefore,rTMS stimulation method combined with swallowing training,as a treatment scheme,is worth popularizing and further study.
