| Objective:1.To investigate the relationship between cervical cancer with different pathological features and p16 by detecting the expression of p16 in cervical cancer;2.To analyze the relationship between cervical cancer with different pathological features and expression intensity and positive rate of p16,and to further explore the relationship between the expression intensity and positive rate of p16 and different pathological features of cervical cancer,so as to provide practical and useful value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Female patients with cervical cancer,who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from November 2018 to November 2021,were included in this study,and received cervical histopathological biopsy and p16 test.Therein,220 eligible patients were screened out,including 80 patients with surgical treatment and140 patients without surgical treatment;55,53,53 and 59 cases were respectively in cervical cancer stage I,II,III and IV,and the staging results were consistent before and after treatment;81,69 and 70 cases were respectively low,medium and high differentiation groups;31 and 189 cases were respectively ADC and SCC;85 cases had lymph node metastasis,and no lymph node metastasis was 135 cases;for 38 cases,the myometrial invasion depth was smaller than 1/2,and the same depth was no smaller than 1/2 for 42 cases.p16 test was performed on all the patients to compare the expression level and features of p16 between groups.Results:1.In the cervical cancer stage I,II,III and IV groups,the positive expression rate of p16 increased with stage,and the two were correlated(P < 0.05);no correlation was found between p16 expression intensity and cervical cancer stage,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);2.With the increase of differentiation degree,the positive expression rate of p16 was reduced;the two were correlated,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The expression intensity of p16 was correlated with the differentiation of cervical cancer,and statistically significant differences were found(P < 0.05).With increasing expression of p16,the differentiation level of cervical cancer deteriorates.Spearman Rank Correlation Test showed that the expression intensity of p16 was negatively correlated with the differentiation level of cervical cancer(P <0.05);3.In SCC and ADC groups,no correlation between p16 positive rate and cervical cancer different pathological patterns was detected,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the expression intensity of p16 was correlated with the pathological patterns of cervical cancer,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);the expression intensity of p16 in ADC was higher than that in SCC;4.No correlation was found between the positive expression rate and intensity of p16 and the myometrial invasion depth of cervical cancer,and the differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);5.The positive expression rate of p16 in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in the non-lymph node metastasis group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);the expression intensity of p16 was no correlated with the existence of lymph node metastasis,and the differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The positive expression rate of p16 increased with the increase of cervical cancer stage;2.The positive expression rate and intensity of p16 gradually increased with deteriorated cervical cancer differentiation;3.The expression intensity of p16 was stronger in ADC and relatively weaker in SCC;4.No correlation was found between the positive expression rate and intensity of p16 and myometrial invasion depth of cervical cancer;5.The positive expression rate of p16 in lymph node metastasis group were higher than those in non-lymph node metastasis group.The prognosis of cervical cancer is closely related to staging,differentiation degree,existence of metastasis,invasion depth,lesion scope and pathological pattern.There is a high correlation between the expression of p16 and stage,differentiation degree,existence of lymph node metastasis and pathological pattern.This study can provide a highly reliable theoretical basis for prognostic prediction of cervical cancer in high altitude area. |
