| Objective:1.Verify whether platelets are reduced in patients with Chronic mountain sickness;2.Explore the relevant factors of thrombocytopenia in CMS patients;3.Explore the risk factors of thrombocytopenia in CMS patients. Methods:One hundred healthy subjects were included in the physical examination center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in recent 3 years. All of them lived at an altitude of more than 2500 meters for a long time, aged 30-60years,and perfected blood routine;Sixty CMS patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in recent 3 years were included. The general data of all participants were recorded, including:altitude, ethnicity, gender, age, height, weight, body mass index, smoking history, complications(whether with hypertension, diabetes);CMS score was assessed;blood routine, blood gas analysis, glycosylated hemoglobin, homocysteine, biochemical indicators, ferritin, coagulation indicators and other indicators were perfected; The platelet levels in the CMS group were compared with those in the healthy control group to verify whether platelets were reduced in CMS patients;CMS patients were divided into platelet normal group and thrombocytopenia group according to the platelet count, and whether there were differences in the above indicators between the two groups was observed. The difference indicators were subjected to logistic regression analysis and correlation analysis to identify the influencing factors of thrombocytopenia in CMS patients.Results:1.The PLT level of CMS group was significantly lower than that of healthy control group(P<0.05).2.The proportion of CMS patients combined with DM history in the thrombocytopenia group was significantly higher than that in the platelet normal group(P<0.05).3.The CMS scores,Hb,MPV,PLCR,PDW,PCO2,HbA1C,GLU,UA,TG,and HCY in the thrombocytopenia group of CMS patients were significantly higher than those in the platelet normal group(P<0.05);BMI,WBC,LDL,and CK in the thrombocytopenia group of CMS patients were significantly lower than those in the platelet normal group(P<0.05).4.There was a correlation between PLT levels and CMS score,BMI,combined DM history,HbA1C,GLU,Hb,MPV,PDW,PLCR,PCO2,TG,LDL,UA,CK,HCY in CMS patients(P<0.05).5.A history of combined DM,HbA1C,GLU,UA,HCY,and Hbare independent risk factors for thrombocytopenia in CMS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Platelet levels is decreased in CMS patients.2.PLT levels in CMS patients were negatively correlated with CMS score,a history of combined DM,HbA1C,GLU,Hb,MPV,PDW,PLCR,PCO2,TG,UA,and HCY;PLT levels in CMS patients were positively correlated with BMI,LDL,and CK.3.A history of combined DM,HbA1C,GLU,UA,HCY,and Hbare independent risk factors for thrombocytopenia in CMS patients. |
