Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types of chronic atrophic gastritis in Qinghai, and to study its correlation with factors such as Hp infection, endoscopic morphology, gastric mucosal pathology, emotional state, hemorheology and blood lipids. It provides some reference for local doctors to carry out disease health education to residents, and provides reference for clinical treatment and early prevention of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:After consulting a large number of literature studies and related reports, the "Patient Informed Consent" was drawn up under the guidance of the tutor, and formulated the "CAG Clinical Case Observation Form".The case data of CAG patients who met the inclusion criteria of the project in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were collected. When collecting case data,it is necessary to explain the purpose and significance of this research to the patient, and after obtaining the patient’s consent, record the relevant information required for the study in the observation form truthfully and completely. When determining the TCM syndrome classification of CAG,it is necessary to combine the results of the four TCM diagnoses. And it is carried out under the comprehensive judgment of a fixed specialist with senior professional title. At the same time, the collected case data were entered into an Excel form to establish a database, and the statistical software SPSS19.0 was used for data analysis, and the research conclusion was finally drawn. Results: 1.The distribution of TCM syndromes of 128 cases CAG patients in Qinghai region was in descending order: disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome > weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome > dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach syndrome > other syndromes. The living and eating habits that affected the incidence of CAG from high to low were in the order of like to eat high salt baking > like to eat spicy stimulation > like to drink strong tea and coffee > drinking > smoking > like to eat dessert > irregular diet.2.Distribution and general information of TCM syndromes of 128 cases CAG patients in Qinghai region: In terms of gender, there was no statistical significance in gender distribution among syndrome types(P>0.05).In terms of age,the distribution of different TCM syndromes was the largest in 41-65 years old.In the course of disease, liver and stomach disharmony syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome of the long course of disease.3.Distribution of TCM syndromes and HP infection, gastroscopy and pathology of 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region: It had no significant correlation with HP infection(P>0.05);There was no correlation with pathological results of gastric mucosa(P>0.05);It was correlated with polyp, bile reflux and mucosal erosion under gastroscope(P<0.05).4.Distribution of TCM syndromes and emotional factors of 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region: Patients with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome had the highest proportion of mild anxiety and mild depression,57.83% and 55.42% respectively.5.There was significant correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes of 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region and the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in hemorheology(P<0.01).It was correlated with low density lipoprotein in blood lipid(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The age distribution of 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region was mainly 41-65 years old,and the syndrome type was mainly liver-stomach disharmony syndrome, and the patients with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and spleen-stomach weakness syndrome were more likely to have a long course of disease.2.The highest positive rate of HP in 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region was the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, followed by the syndrome of dampness and heat of spleen and stomach.Pathological results showed that gastric mucosa inflammation was mainly moderate inflammation, gastric mucosa gland atrophy was mainly mild atrophy, gastric mucosa gland intestinal metaplasia was mainly mild intestinal metaplasia, and the syndrome types of gastric mucosa moderate inflammation, mild atrophy and mild intestinal metaplasia were mostly liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.Under gastroscope, patients with polyp, bile reflux and mucous erosion were more likely to have dampness and heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.3.Compared with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome, the middle cut and plasma viscosity levels of 128 CAG patients in Qinghai area were significantly higher; The serum low density lipoprotein level of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and spleen-stomach weakness syndrome was higher than that of other syndrome types.4.More than half of the 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region had mild anxiety and mild depression, and the syndrome type was mainly liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.5.Most of the 128 CAG patients in Qinghai region like to eat high-salt roasted, spicy and stimulating food, drink strong tea, drink alcohol and smoke and other living habits,so it is necessary to give drug treatment to CAG patients in this area, and also pay attention to the publicity and education of the risk factors causing CAG in local residents.Let people generally realize the importance of quitting smoking and limiting alcohol consumption as well as improving bad living and eating habits. Thus, the concept of " treating future diseases" in traditional Chinese medicine can be brought into play.
