Research Objectives: By collecting and observing clinical cases, this study analyzed the distribution of TCM syndrome types in patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia, studied the differences of TCM syndrome types in physical and chemical indicators, and explored the related factors affecting the distribution of TCM syndrome types,so as to provide reference basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of this disease.Research methods: A total of 204 patients diagnosed with hypertension and hyperuricemia who visited the department of geriatrics and Cardiovascular Diseases of XXXX from October 2019 to December 2021 were included by field questionnaire survey. The researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on the patients diagnosed with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia according to the designed questionnaire, and conducted TCM syndrome differentiation and classification according to the collected data, and studied the correlation between physical and chemical indicators and TCM syndrome types.Results:(1)The distribution of TCM syndrome types of hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia was: phlegm turbidity and internal resistance syndrome(22.5%)> damp-heat accumulation syndrome(19.6%)> blood stasis blocking orifice syndrome(18.1%)> liver fire hyperactivity syndrome(14.2%)> spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(13.7%)>liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(11.8%).(2)General data: There were differences in syndrome type distribution in gender, age,BMI,complications and drinking history(P <0.05);In terms of gender, the syndrome of dampness and heat accumulation was the majority in males, and the syndrome of phlegm and turbidity and internal obstruction was the majority in females. In terms of age,the patients with hyperactive liver fire syndrome were younger, while the patients with deficiency of liver and kidney Yin syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were older. The distribution of BMI was as follows: dampness-heat accumulation syndrome > phlegm-turbidness accumulation syndrome > spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome > liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome > hyperactive liver-fire syndrome > blood stasis obstruction syndrome; The incidence of complications from high to low was:hyperlipidemia(62.3%)> coronary heart disease(34.3%)> fatty liver(31.9%)> diabetes mellitus(26.0%)> kidney stones(16.2%).In the history of drinking, the number of patients with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome drinking was the most, and the number of patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome drinking was the least.(3)Physical and chemical indicators: The results of single-factor comparison between groups showed that DBP,GLU,GHB,TG,TC,LDL-C,AST,ALT,CR,GFR,BUN,UA,and U-m ALB existed in each syndrome type.Significant difference;after disordered multi-class logistic regression analysis, gender, age,BMI,drinking history,GLU,GHB,TG,TC,AST,ALT,CR,GFR,BUN,and UA entered the regression equation, which are factors that affect the distribution of TCM syndrome types. The related factors have a significant impact on syndrome differentiation and can be used as a predictor of syndrome differentiation.(4)Fisher discriminant method was used to establish TCM syndrome type discriminant function formula related to physical and chemical indexes, and data back substitution method was used to verify, and the accuracy rate of syndrome type discrimination in samples was 56.9%.Conclusion:(1)The distribution of TCM syndrome types of hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia was: phlegm turbidity and internal resistance syndrome(22.5%)>damp-heat accumulation syndrome(19.6%)> blood stasis blocking orifice syndrome(18.1%)> liver fire hyperactivity syndrome(14.2%)> spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(13.7%)> liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(11.8%).(2)There were differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in gender, age,BMI,complications and drinking history.(3)There were differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in DBP,GLU,GHB,TG,TC,LDL-C,AST,ALT,CR,GFR,BUN,UA and U-m ALB;Gender, age,BMI,drinking history,GLU,GHB,TG,TC,AST,ALT,CR,GFR,BUN and UA were the related factors affecting the distribution of TCM syndrome types.(4)The Fisher function discriminant model of TCM syndrome type and clinical physiochemical index was established in combination with clinical physiochemical index, which can provide some reference value for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of this disease.
