| With the continuous liberalization of China’s birth policy and the society is paying more and more attention to mental health,an increasing number of pregnant families began to face up to postpartum depression.With the rapid development of the new economic form of "internet plus",medical service has entered the stage of online and offline integration,and it is possible to prevent and treat postpartum depression with the help of mobile applications.Therefore,how to accurately transform the users’ demands for prevention and treatment of postpartum depression on the mobile terminal,give full play to the advantages of mobile interaction,and supplement the prevention,monitoring and intervention treatment of mental health is a problem worth exploring.Firstly,this paper defines the definitions of KANO model and FBS model,makes literature research and analysis on postpartum depression,mobile interaction and theoretical models,and investigates the current situation for prevention and treatment of postpartum depression in China.From the perspective of the transformation of users’ needs,It is innovatively proposed to integrate KANO model and FBS model and introduced into mobile interaction design activities,as the theoretical basis and design basis of this paper.Secondly,through user interviews with age-appropriate marriage and childbearing groups,the user model is established according to the population categories,and the original demand elements are extracted.Then,a questionnaire survey is carried out,the data is collected and sorted out,and the data analysis is completed by combining KANO model.After two-dimensional attribute classification,quantitative table and Better-Worse coefficient calculation,the four-quadrant coefficient diagram is obtained,and the user demand categories for prevention and treatment of postpartum depression are summarized,and the attribute division and priority ranking of the user demand of marriage and childbearing groups at the appropriate age are summarized.Finally,based on the fusion model of KANO+FBS,aiming at the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression,this paper puts forward an APP design method that can effectively realize the transformation of users’ needs.It is discussed in detail from four aspects: the acquisition and analysis of users’ needs,the construction of users’ portraits,the transformation and mapping of demand elements and functional behavior structures,and the construction of FBS in future scenarios.Combining mobile digital products with the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression,this paper discusses the elements of APP design that conform to the living habits of age-appropriate marriage and childbearing groups in China and meet their mental needs during pregnancy and childbirth,and summarizes an APP design method that can adapt to the diversity of user groups and the fluctuation of demand,and takes this as a theoretical guide to complete the design practice.To sum up,this paper uses KANO model and FBS model to extract the elements of APP design,to realize the analysis and transformation from user’s needs to mobile APPlication’s effective services,and summarizes the app design method by taking the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression as an example,and verifies its feasibility and effectiveness through design practice.In order to fully meet the user’s needs and enhance the user experience,it will bring positive influence to the age-appropriate married and childbearing women and their families to better adapt to the physiological and psychological changes during and after pregnancy,cope with the role change and improve the quality of life. |
