The Analysis About Needs And Influencial Factors Of Care Nursing Service In Hospitalized Children's Families Based On Kano Model

Objective:To understand the status of the needs and satisfaction of care nursing services in hospitalized children's families;To explore the influential factors between the needs and satisfaction of care nursing services in hospitalized children's families;To analyze the correlation between the needs and satisfaction of care nursing service in hospitalized children's families;To define the attributes of the requirements of care nursing services in hospitalized children's families based on Kano model.Methods:The study was a present situation investigation of non-experimentally research,using convenience sampling method,in tertiary comprehensive hospital of Yanbian area,302 hospitalized children's families were selected.The research instruments included general information questionnaire,care nursing service demand and satisfaction scale,and attribute definition scale based on the Kano model.The data of the research were processed and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software,using percentage,mean,standard deviation,independent samples T test,single factor analyze,Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the data.Results:(1)In the survey,the number of male children was a little more than that of female children;The number of children as the only child in the family were in the majority;There were more children in preschool and the average age of the children was(4.27 ± 2.73)years old;Among the hospitalized children's families,there were far more women than men;Parents were usually the caregivers for children;Most of the caregivers understood the patient's disease and had experience for parenting and sick children caring.(2)In this study,the care nursing service demands of the hospitalized children's families was at a high level,scored(4.06 ± 0.53)points.The results showed that the children's age,the relationship between caregiver and child,the educational level of caregivers,the way to pay for the hospital bills,whether families have experience to take care of the sick child made differences on the care nursing services demands in the hospitalized children's families,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In this study,the care nursing service satisfaction of the hospitalized children's families scored(4.13 ± 0.61)points.The results showed that the nation of children and their caregivers,living areas and whether caregivers have experience to take care of the sick child made differences on the care nursing services satisfaction in the hospitalized children's families,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In this study,there were correlation between the demands and satisfaction of the care nursing service of the surveyed people withr=0.310,P<0.01.(5)The analysis based on Kano model showed:in the demands of hospitalized children's families in care nursing service,9 belonged to Attractive Quality;5 for the One-dimensional Quality;1 for Must-be Quality and 8 belonged to Indifferent Quality.(6)Satisfaction-Importance degree matrix graph showed:in the demands of hospitalized children's families in care nursing service,5 in the first quadrant(advantage area);14 in the second quadrant(expecting improvement area);4 in the third quadrant(minor expecting improvement area).Conclusions:(1)The care nursing service demands of the hospitalized children's families was at a high level.(2)The care nursing service satisfaction of the hospitalized children's families was at a level above medium.(3)There was correlation between the demands and satisfaction of the hospitalized children's families in care nursing service.(4)Define the attributes of the care nursing service demands of the hospitalized children's families based on the Kano model.And the Attractive Quality should be improved,the One-dimensional Quality should be completed;and the Must-be Quality should be ensured.(5)Draw satisfaction-importance matrix graph based on the Kano model.And the requirements in the advantage area should be kept;the requirements belonged to expecting improvement area and minor expecting improvement area should be paid more attention.
