Research On The Construction Of Human Health Community In The New Era

The epidemic situation of COVID-19 has evolved into a public health crisis affecting the world,seriously threatening human survival and development,and posing challenges to human society that must be taken seriously.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has made profound thinking and strategic plans on epidemic prevention and control and global public health governance under the great changes not seen in a century,and constructively put forward the construction of a community of human health and health.it provides theoretical compliance and action guidelines for thoroughly defeating the epidemic and improving human health,health and well-being.This paper adheres to the Marxist positions,viewpoints and methods,comprehensively uses the research methods of literature analysis,interdisciplinary research,the unity of history and logic,and on the basis of theoretical interpretation of the human health community,by combing and exploring the logic and realistic situation of the formation of the human health community,the construction of the human health community was studied.First of all,based on the existing research results,the concept and core connotation of human health community are clarified.This concept is a new extension of Marxist community thought and concept of health and health,Chinese tradition and reasonable concept and view of the world,and the historical experience of the Party Central Committee’s leadership in health work;its proposal is the practical need to deal with public health emergencies,the inherent requirement for safeguarding human health and security,and the inevitable choice for China to participate in global public health governance.Secondly,the actual situation of building a human health community is analyzed and summarized.At present,the awareness of a community with a shared future for mankind is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the innovation of the governance model of public health events,and the transformation and upgrading of the global health industry continue to release major construction opportunities.At the same time,it is still faced with difficulties such as the spread of anti-globalization,the increasing difficulty of health cooperation and the fragmentation of global public health governance.The main causes are that the global consensus on health cooperation has not yet been reached,multiple political obstacles caused by ideological disputes,lack of governance will and capacity of some subjects,and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward the principles of people’s supremacy,life supremacy,scientific prevention and control,systematic planning,unity and cooperation,fairness and justice.It highlights its practical direction of building a healthy community with innovative co-governance,a security community with shared responsibilities and an open and win-win development community,condensing the consensus on global public health governance cooperation,practicing multilateralism and deepening international anti-epidemic cooperation,reform and improve the global public health governance system and other specific measures.The construction of a community of human health will inject confidence and hope into a turbulent world.At the theoretical level,opened up a new realm of Marxist community thought,enriched the ideological connotation of a community with a shared future for mankind,and contributed a new train of thought of global public health governance.In the reality dimension,its practical construction is conducive to promoting the practical process of unity and anti-epidemic and development cooperation,filling the gap in the development of global health governance and tamping the realistic foundation of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
