Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Toevaluate the efficacy and safety of cutting balloon combined with drug-coated balloon in the protection of branch vessels in coronary artery bifurcation lesions. Methods: Patients hospitalized in the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected and diagnosed by coronary angiography as true bifurcation lesions(Medina 1,1,1,Medina1,0,1 and Medina)Patients 0,1,1)were divided into experimental group(n=26)and control group(n=27)according to treatment methods. The observation group was treated with cutting balloon combined with DCB intervention, while the control group was treated with ordinary balloon combined with DCB intervention. The baseline data, including age, gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of smoking, history of alcohol consumption, low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),body mass index(BMI),left ventricular eject fraction(LVEF),creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood homocysteine, sodium peptide and troponin T levels, and pathological types of patients in the two groups were compared.Main and branch vessels reference diameter, preoperative and postoperative minimal lumen diameter, degree of stenosis, interventional related complications(C above interlining, coronary artery rupture, pericardial effusion, stent thrombosis,no reflow, stents,PCI related to myocardial infarction)and postoperative immediate results, perioperative complications, main pipe of adverse events. Results: There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in baseline treatment, coronary angiography results, postoperative minimum diameter of main branch, residual stenosis of main branch, stent diameter, stent length, and dissection below TYPE C between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)6 months later There was no significant difference in the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups during the follow-up,P>0.05.Conclusion: Cutting balloon combined with drug-coated balloon is effective and safe for branch vessel protection.
