In recent years,the economic and social development of Wanbailin District has been advancing rapidly,and people’s pursuit of urban environmental sanitation and a better life has become higher and higher.Since 2017,Taiyuan has continuously increased its investment in the reform of urban environmental health system.In order to further promote the transformation of government functions,Wanbailin District has promoted the government’s purchase of environmental health services under the unified drive of Taiyuan,and has achieved some results.With the continuous advancement of environmental sanitation system reform,providing people with a high-quality living environment has become an urgent and worthy research topic.Therefore,how to formulate an efficient and scientific environmental health management system according to the actual situation of Wanbailin District is particularly important.The content of this paper mainly includes: firstly,it expounds the background and significance of this paper,analyzes the research status at home and abroad through literature review,and then puts forward the research object,content and method of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the concepts and relevant theories of public services,environmental health services,government purchase of public services.Third,through data access,field visits and other work,this paper combs the introduction background,implementation content and achievements of the government’s purchase of environmental health services.At the same time,taking the purchase of environmental health services by the government of Nanhan street as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages of the purchase of environmental health services by the government.Fourthly,from the aspects of the change of government role,supervision and assessment mechanism,the quality of socialized companies,supporting laws and regulations,sources of funds and responsibilities of government departments,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of Wanbailin District government’s purchase of environmental health services,and puts forward targeted reform countermeasures and suggestions.In general,the government’s purchase of environmental health services is a systematic project.Based on a series of work,such as literature review,visit and investigation,and learning from advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper has come to the idea of deepening the government’s purchase of environmental health services in Wanbailin District by changing ideas,increasing investment,introducing talents,opening the market,refining assessment,and improving laws,It is expected to provide theoretical reference for our government to purchase environmental health services.
