| Objective:In this paper,the clinical treatment team of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome,in order to explore the positive role of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in clinical practice.At the same time,the clinical pharmacist of traditional Chinese medicine provides personalized pharmacy services in combination with the patient’s own medication situation,provides new ideas in the process of assisting medical staff in diagnosis and treatment,and makes efforts to explore the development and mode of pharmacy services in the nephrology department.Methods:The research content of this article is divided into two parts.Chinese medicine tablets prescription reviews:Patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in the Department of Nephrology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected to comment on 500 outpatient prescriptions from March 2020 to June 2021,and the unreasonable situation was analyzed and summarized.At the same time,summarize the medication rules in the prescription,and analyze and summarize the commonly used drugs and commonly used drugs.Clinical observation:60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in the Nephrology Department of the inpatient department of our hospital were selected,and the patients using random number table method were divided into two groups:intervention group and control group,with 30 people in each group.The intervention group received clinical treatment at the same time as the pharmacy service,and the control group received conventional clinical treatment,and the clinical indicators before and after the two groups were compared.Results:Prescription reviews of Chinese medicine tablets:A total of 500 prescription reviews were sampled this time,of which 72 were unreasonable prescriptions,and the unqualified rate was 14.4%.Problems such as irregular diagnosis and writing in prescriptions,and unfooted special drugs should be paid attention to and timely feedback and correction;Clinical observation:The intervention group in which the clinical pharmacist of Chinese medicine participated in and provided pharmaceutical services was better than the control group that did not provide clinical pharmacy services for chinese medicine.(1)The 24-hour urinary protein of patients before and after treatment was greatly improved,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05;(2)The single TCM syndrome score of the intervention group and the control group before and after treatment were reduced to varying degrees,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05;(3)The TCM symptom scores of the intervention group and the control group before and after treatment were reduced,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05;(4)The total effective rate of the intervention group after treatment was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:Through this study,it can be seen that as a commonly used drug for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in our hospital,there are still some problems in the prescription review process that need to be improved;the pharmacy services provided by chinese medicine clinical pharmacists to PNS patients are conducive to improving clinical efficacy,and to a certain extent,the positive role of Chinese medicine pharmacists in clinical diagnosis and treatment is reflected.At the same time,the efficacy indicators such as kidney function,liver function,24-hour urinary protein,and TCM syndrome integral have also been verified. |
