Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Health Management Service Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Changchun Under The Background Of COVID-19

Objective: This study is based on the background of the epidemic situation of NCP,on the one hand,it is based on the self-designed Likert scale 5(the survey of TCM Health Management Service in Changchun),to investigate the residents’ satisfaction and cognition of Health Management Service of TCM in Changchun City,and to explore the related factors that influence the choice of Health Management Service of TCM.On the other hand,we will conduct a survey on the health administration of TCM in Changchun.Taking a Preventive Medicine Center in Changchun as an example,we will conduct an expert interview to understand the development of Chinese Medicine Health Administration services in Changchun,including the service content,the propaganda channel,the development hindrance and so on.Based on the current situation of demand and supply side of Chinese Medicine Health Management Service,scientific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of Chinese Medicine Health Management Service in Changchun.Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic information,such as sex,age,salary,chronic illness,etc.,from residents aged 18 and over in Changchun,as well as the survey of Health Management Services for TCM satisfaction,awareness,recognition,demand and other information.SPSS24.0 will be the data for statistical analysis,demographic information on the description of statistics,the scale for reliability and validity test,one-way analysis and Regression analysis.Expert Interview: A field visit to a treatment and prevention center in Changchun,using the form of question and answer with experts to understand the treatment and prevention center equipment size,staffing,service content and development difficulties and other information.Results:(1)A total of 586 questionnaires were collected in this questionnaire survey.After excluding invalid questionnaires,a total of 548 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 93.52%,among them,287 questionnaires conformed to the analysis of influencing factors.The reliability and validity test showed that the Cronbach’ αcoefficients of each dimension of the self-made scale questionnaire used in this study were all greater than 0.70,indicating good reliability of the scale.Bartlett’s sphericity test p was 0.000,and KMO test value was 0.928,indicating that the scale was valid with high validity.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the satisfaction of the respondents,the respondents with high awareness,high recognition,high demand,high influencing factors,male,46-60 years old,no chronic disease and chronic disease course within 5 years have higher satisfaction.(2)This study visited a treatment center,and the survey results showed that:The cure not ill center service content are more comprehensive,modern form a complete set of equipment,have extended product development as the backing,with the community,the enterprise linkage wide,but propaganda form a single,professional talent shortage in traditional Chinese medicine health management service can’t carried out extensive and indepth,departments lack of targeted examination mechanism,policy support is not in place,it has hindered the development of Health Management Service of TCM in the center.Conclusion:(1)Changchun residents have a low level of recognition and recognition of health management services of TCM,so they should increase publicity and broaden their knowledge,so as to deepen their understanding of TCM health management services;Factors such as cognition,recognition,demand,influence,sex,age,working in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and the course of chronic diseases affected residents’ satisfaction,we should improve the satisfaction of Chinese Medicine Health Management Service from the above aspects.(2)a Preventive Medicine Centre in Changchun should enrich its publicity tools and strengthen its publicity efforts,train general practitioners in health management of Chinese medicine,and form a more professional team of health management professionals in Chinese medicine;In view of the uniqueness of the departments in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,hospitals should establish special assessment mechanisms to provide impetus for the development of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
