Objective:Based on the theory of "Yiqi Shengti" in traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe in the treatment of mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in women(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)were preliminarily discussed.Methods:Select 56 cases of mild to moderate SUI(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)patients who were treated in the Urology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2021 and January2022 and met the inclusion criteria.The patients were numbered and grouped using a random number table method.All clinical observation subjects meeting the criteria were randomly divided into28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe orally,one dose per day,200 ml warmly in the morning and after dinner,respectively;the control group was given oral Midodrine hydrochloride,2.5 mg each time,twice a day.Both groups of patients underwent pelvic floor muscle training at the same time.1 month course of treatment.Observe and record the I-QOL score,ICI-Q-SF score and TCM syndrome score of the patients before and after treatment.After the course of treatment,SPSS 22.0 statistical software is used for data processing and analysis,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe on SUI.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The total effective rate: the treatment group was 92.8%,the control group was 60.7%,the comparison was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Individual comparisons of I-QOL,ICI-Q-SF,and TCM symptom total score showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of each index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of individual scores of TCM symptoms,the results show that the P values of the individual scores in the three aspects of inability to urinate,cold limbs,and complexion are all greater than0.05,and there is no significant difference;The P values in these aspects were all less than 0.05,and there was a significant difference,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe plus pelvic floor muscle training can effectively treat mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in women with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.2.Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe can effectively improve the overall quality of life of female patients with mild to moderate urinary incontinence;reduce the frequency of urinary incontinence,the amount of urine leakage,and the degree of urinary leakage;improve the psychological state;cold body,loose stools,pale complexion and other TCM syndromes.3.Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe is better than Midodrine hydrochloride in total curative effect,quality of life,urinary incontinence status,and TCM syndromes in treating mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in women with spleen-kidney yang deficiency.4.During the process of taking Shengxian Decoction Modified Recipe,the patients did not experience obvious physical discomfort.
