| OBJECTIVE:Through the in-depth study of the law of acupoint selection,we can provide evidence-based medical basis for modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,and provide ideas and methods for clinic.METHODS:Through retrieval and screening,the relevant literature and research results on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke published from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021,the literature screening and data acquisition are completed by using Endnote X9 and Microsoft Excel 2019,the statistical analysis of the results is completed by using IBM SPSS 26.0,and the comprehensive acupoint frequency,meridian frequency,factor analysis,cluster analysis,a cupoint association rule analysis and acupoint visual network analysis are completed,To explore the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.RESULTS:1.A total of 51 literatures and 104 acupoints were included,with a total frequency of 630.2.According to the analysis of acupoint frequency,the top 10 acupoints are: Quchi,Hegu,Shousanli,Yanglingquan,Jianyu,Chize,Neiguan,Xuehai,Huantiao and Zusanli.3.According to the frequency analysis of meridians,the main meridians of the first five are: hand Yangming large intestine meridian,foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian,hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian and hand Jueyin pericardial meridian.4.According to the frequency analysis of specific acupoints,the first three acupoints are: Wushu acupoint 216 times,intersection acupoint 130 times and original acupoint 78 times.5.Through factor analysis,the following five common factors can b e obtained: F1: Huantiao,Taichong,Yanglingquan,Fengshi,Hegu and Zusanli;F2: Chize,Neiguan,Jiquan,Zusanli;F3: Shousanli,Quchi,Waiguan and Jianyu;F4: Jianyu and Xuehai;F5: Sanyinjiao.6.Cluster analysis divides the high-frequency acupoints into three categories:(1)Quchi,Jianyu,Waiguan,Zusanli and Shousanli;(2)Taichong,Xuehai,Fengshi,Huantiao,Hegu and Yanglingquan;(3)Chize,Neiguan,Jiquan,Sanyinjiao.7.The combinations of acupoints with the top 5 confidence in ass ociation rules are:{Shousanli,Yanglingquan}=>{Hegu},{Quchi,Yanglingqu an}=>{Hegu},{Jianyu}=>{Quchi},{Shousanli}=>{Quchi},{Hegu,Yanglin gquan}=>{Shousanli}.8.From the visual analysis,it can be concluded that Quchi,Shousanli,Jianyu,Hegu,Yanglingquan and Zusanli are the combinations with the closest correlation,the largest nodes and the most frequent occurrences.CONCLUSIONS:1.Acupuncture and moxibustion is the first choice for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,mainly Yang Meridian,large intest ine meridian and gallbladder meridian;Yin meridians are supplemented by lung meridians and liver meridians.2.The acupoints selected for the governor’s pulse are mainly Baihui and Shuigou in the head,which can regulate the mind and guide the Qi,unblock the meridians and blood in the brain,and regulate the whole body.3.The first choice is specific points,mainly five Shu Points,combined points,intersection points and original points,so as to give full play to the special therapeutic role of specific points in this disease.4.The commonly used acupoint combinations are mainly Quchi,Hegu,Shousanli,Jianyu and Yanglingquan. |
