Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Wugong Baidu Decoction Combined With Collateral Puncture And Bloodletting

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugong Baidu Decoction plus and minus oral combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:108 patients with psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongj iang University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,with a total of 36 patients in each group.The actual number of completed cases was 101.The treatment group 1 was treated with Wugong Baidu Decoction plus and minus oral combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy.A total of 33 cases completed the observation;The treatment group 2 was treated with Wugong Baidu Decoction plus and minus oral,and 34 cases completed the observation;The control group was given Xiaoyin capsule orally,and a total of 34 cases completed the observation;The patients in the three groups were given Vaseline for external use.The treatment cycle of the three groups was 28 days,respectively on day 0 ± 2,7 ± 2,14 ± 2,21 ± 2 and 28 ± 2.The PASI score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups were observed and recorded,and the levels of serum C-reactive protein and neutrophil percentage before and after treatment were recorded.Results:1.The PASI score and TCM symptom score of the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of PASI score and TCM syndrome score in treatment group 1 was better than that in treatment group 2(P<0.05),and both treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 93.9%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 79.4%,and the total effective rate of control group was 67.6%.There were differences in the total effective rate of clinical efficacy among the three groups(P<0.05).3.The percentage levels of serum C-reactive protein and neutrophils in the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05),and treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome with Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy can effectively improve the PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients.2.The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome with Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy can reduce the levels of serum C-reactive protein and the percentage of neutrophils.3.Wugong Baidu decoction combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.
