Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chong-ren Disordered Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland With Modified Erxian Decoction

Obj ectives:To discuss the clinical efficacy of the Modified Erxi an Decoction in the treatment of Chong-Ren disordered hyperplasia of mammary gland.To explore the advantages and characteristics of the Modified Erxian Decoction in the treatment of Chong-Ren disordered hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:Sixty patients with Chong-Ren disordered hyperplasia of mammary gland who visited the second surgery clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between March 2021 and December 2021 were collected.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the observation group,the patients were treated with the Modified Erxian Decoction,and in the control group,the patients were given Yanlu Rukang Tablets alone,and both groups were given 2 courses of treatment.The main symptoms such as breast pain and lumps,systemic concomitant symptoms and changes in serum sex hormone(estrogen,progesterone,prolactin,luteinizing hormone)levels were scored at 2 observation points before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups of patients were compared by statistical analy sis.Results:During the treatment period,a total of 3 people were dropped and excluded,and finally 5 7 cases met the standard,29 cases in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group.1.Compared with before treatment,the breast pain scores,total scores of main symptoms,scores of accompanying symptoms and their total scores,and total scores of TCM symptoms were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).improved(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of regulating hormone levels,estradiol and prolactin levels decreased and progesterone levels increased after treatment compared with those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the discrepancy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no disparity in luteinizing hormone levels with respect to pretherapy and post-treatment and between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In the observation group,14 patients(4 8.2 8%)were significantly effective,12(41.38%)were effective,and 3(10.34%)were ineffective,with the total symptomatic effective rate of 89.66%;in the control group,9 patients(32.14%)were significantly effective,14(50.00%)were effective,and 5(17.86%)were ineffective,with the total symptomatic effective rate of 82.14%.The clinical effecacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the discrepancy was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both Modified Erxian Decoction and Yanlu Rukang Tablets can effectively improve breast pain,lump and systemic accompanying symptoms in patients with Chong-Ren disordered hyperplasia of mammary gland;the clinical treatment effect of the former is more obvious than that of the latter,and no adverse reactions.2.Modified Erxian Decoction and Yanlu Rukang Tablet can effectively regulate the metabolic levels of estradiol,prolactin and progesterone in patients with Chong-Ren disordered hyperplasia of mammary gland,and the former is more effective;but the two treatments have no effect on the level of luteinizing hormone.
