| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,to discuss the basis of the selection of acupoints and techniques,and to further optimize the clinical treatment plan by comparing "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" with conventional acupuncture methods in order to improve the efficacy and quality of life of patients.The method was compared with the conventional acupuncture method to further optimize the clinical treatment plan to improve the efficacy and quality of life of patients,so as to promote its application in clinical practice.Methods: The 66 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with33 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture",while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and both groups were treated for 4 courses.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and The MOS Item Shout from Health Survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and the relapse situation was observed at a follow-up visit 3 months after the end of treatment,and the HAMA reduction rate was used as the clinical efficacy evaluation criterion to observe the efficacy of the treatment regimens in the two groups.Results:1.The HAMA scores of patients in both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);The HAMA scores of patients in both groups decreased at the 3-month follow-up after treatment compared with those after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).It is suggested that "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is superior to conventional acupuncture method in reducing the degree of anxiety of patients.2.The SAS scores of patients in both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);The SAS scores of patients in both groups decreased at the 3-month follow-up after treatment compared with those after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).It is suggested that "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is better than conventional acupuncture method in alleviating patients’ subjective anxiety.3.The SF-36 dimensional scores of patients in both groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the SF-36 dimensional scores(P<0.01).It is suggested that "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is better than conventional acupuncture method in improving the quality of life of patients.4.The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" was 90.32%,and the total clinical efficacy rate of the conventional acupuncture method was 81.25%.There was a significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups by the rank sum test(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is better than that of conventional acupuncture.5.At the 3-month follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.23%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 21.88%.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" can reduce the recurrence rate,and the treatment effect is durable and stable.Conclusions:1.Both "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" and conventional acupuncture methods were effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder.The clinical effect of "He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is better than that of conventional acupuncture.2."He Tiao Du Ren An Shen Acupuncture" is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the anxiety symptoms,improving the quality of life and reducing the recurrence rate of patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and the therapeutic effect is lasting and stable.It has the significance and value of clinical promotion. |
