| Objective: To select acupoints to treat generalized anxiety disorder based on the theory of "yin and yang five states",observe its clinical efficacy,and provide a new treatment plan for acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods: According to the sample size estimation formula and the results of previous trials,the required sample size for this study was calculated,and 58 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who met the criteria were randomly divided into a control group(conventional acupuncture group)and a treatment group(five-state treatment group)After the study is over,statistical analysis will be carried out.Results:The effective rate was 89.29% in the treatment group and 78.57%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The HAMA scale scores of the two groups improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of improving mental symptoms scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups can effectively improve anxiety symptoms,but the treatment group is better at improving mental anxiety symptoms. |
