| Objective:The clinical effect of two thoracic drainage tube placement methods after single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer was compared. Methods:The 175 patients who underwent single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between January2021 and November 2021 were selected and divided into A and B groups with different drainage tube placement. The thoracic drainage tube was inserted through incision and placed at the top of pleura in 105 patients in group A.In 70 patients in group B,the thoracic drainage tube was inserted from the incision into the descending line and followed the posterior mediastinum up to the top of the pleura. The general data of the two groups, the amount of fluid and total drainage of thoracic drainage tube within 3 days after operation, the time of intubation and hospitalization, the VAS score of postoperative pain and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared. Results:There was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups of patients in terms of general data, second and third day of operation, total thoracic drainage, time spent in the hospital after operation, time spent in the hospital after operation,VAS score for degree of pain within three days of operation, postoperative subcutaneous emphysema, pleural effusion, rate of readmission and re-thoracic puncture. There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups in the first day of operation. There was 1 case of drainage tube movement in group A,with an incidence rate of 0.95%,and 8 cases of drainage tube movement in group B patients, with an incidence rate of 11.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer, compared with the two placement methods on the first day after surgery, the drainage effect of group B was better, but the incidence of postoperative movement of drainage tube placement in group B was higher. |
