Objective:This paper investigated the status quo of disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia in patients with coronary heart disease, analyzed the influence of social demographic factors on their disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia, and explored the relationship between disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia in patients with coronary heart disease. It provides theoretical reference for reducing alexithymia level, improving disease acceptance and family care. Methods:In this study,253 inpatients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in the cardiovascular department of a class A general hospital in Gan Zhou city from January to August 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects by simple convenience sampling method.Research tools include: General information questionnaire,Acceptance of Illness Scale,AIS,Family APGAR Index(APGAR),and The Twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20).Excel2007 was used for double entry and score conversion, and SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The test level α =0.05,P < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference, frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the general situation of CHD patients;Mean ± standard deviation was used to describe the disease acceptance, family care index and alexithymia score of CHD patients.T test or an OVA were used to compare the differences of disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia in general population.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effects of demographic characteristics, disease acceptance and family care on alexithymia in patients with coronary heart disease.Results:(1)In this study, the total acceptance score of CHD patients was(25.86±4.58),which was at a medium level.Among them,28 patients with low acceptance accounted for 11.1%,192 patients with moderate acceptance accounted for 75.9%,and 33 patients with high acceptance accounted for 13.0%.There were significant differences in residence, education level, occupation, monthly income, hospitalization times and medical insurance type(P< 0.05).(2)In this study, the total score of family care level of CHD patients was(7.44±1.66),which was above the middle level, including 71 patients with family dysfunction, accounting for28.1%,and 182 patients with good family function, accounting for 71.9%.There were significant differences in residence, monthly income, residence style, primary caregiver status and medical insurance type(P< 0.05).(3)In this study, the total score of alexithymia in CHD patients was(57.03±6.27),including72 patients with alexithymia, accounting for 28.5%,129 patients with possible alexithymia, accounting for 51.0%,and 42 patients without alexithymia, accounting for 20.5%.There were significant differences in age, place of residence, education level, occupation, monthly income and medical insurance type, with statistical significance(P< 0.05).(4)The correlation analysis of disease acceptance, family care and alexithymia in patients with coronary heart disease showed that there was a positive correlation between disease acceptance and family care(R = 0.354,P < 0.01).There was a negative correlation between family care and alexithymia(R =-0.345,P < 0.01).Alexithymia was negatively correlated with disease acceptance(R =-0.566,P< 0.01).(5)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, occupation, disease acceptance and family care were the main influencing factors of alexithymia in CHD patients.Conclusion:(1)Alexithymia is common in patients with coronary heart disease, and the scores of disease acceptance and family care level are at moderate level.(2)There was a positive correlation between acceptance of disease and family care,a negative correlation between family care and alexithymia, and a negative correlation between alexithymia and acceptance of disease.(3)The main factors of alexithymia in CHD patients were age, education level, type of medical insurance, disease acceptance and family care level.
