| Research purposes :The word "Jueyinxuefen " first appeared in the Ming and Qing dynasties doctors " works,and continues to be used today.According to the discussion of classical Chinese medicine and modern literature,"Jueyinxuefen " lesions are more common in some difficult clinical syndromes,and the disease is deep,and the clinical treatment is difficult.However,the academic circles have not defined the concept of" Jueyin Xuefen " and " Jueyin(liver)Xuefen ",and have not systematically combed the common syndrome types and corresponding prescriptions,which have greatly affected the clinical efficacy of such diseases.Based on the method of literature research,this paper takes the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object,which is the mutual reference and integration of pathology and physiology.It clarifies the concept of Jueyin(liver)blood classification,combs the syndrome differentiation and treatment law of Jueyin(liver)blood classification,and classifies and summarizes the common syndrome types of Jueyin(liver)blood classification.Taking the classical prescriptions of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases " as the key link,the ancient prescriptions of Han and Tang dynasties,seasonal prescriptions of febrile diseases,and famous family prescriptions as appropriate supplements,it provides ideas for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Jueyin(liver)blood classification,so as to further improve the clinical efficacy of the disease syndrome of " Jueyin(liver)blood classification ".Research methods :Using the method of literature research,taking " Huangdi Neijing "," Nan Jing "," Shennong Herbal Classic "," Shanghanlun"," Synopsis of Golden Chamber "," Treatise on the Causes and Symptoms of Various Diseases"," Xiaopinfang "," Yixinfang "," Qianjinyaofang "," Qianjinyifang"," Waitaimiyao "," Taiping Shenghuifang "," Wenbing Tiaobian ","Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases " and other ancient Chinese medicine works as the research object,this paper extracts the relevant articles and prescriptions of Jueyin(liver)blood differentiation,analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of this article one by one,and summarizes the concept of Jueyin(liver)blood differentiation.Results :(1)The concept of Jueyin(liver)blood score : Jueyin(liver)blood score is the blood stored and operated in the liver,liver meridian and liver collaterals,which is different from the liver body and its meridians.In the physiological state,it has the effects of moisturizing,warming and supporting,and biochemical other physiological
