| ObjectiveBy observing the changes of SUI-related indicators to investigate the clinical efficacy and the expression of TGF-β1on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency Syndrom.MethodsThe subjects were patients with mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency Syndrom and female health checker in Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital from February2021 to December 2021.There were 60 patients who met the conditions for inclusion in this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group were 30 patients, also there were 30 healthy subjects included in the normal group. The control group was treated with Kegel training and biofeedback electrical stimulation, then the treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment of both groups were 10 weeks. The serum TGF-β1 of the normal group and the TCM syndrome score, the ICI-Q-SF score, the value of pelvic floor surface EMG and the serum TGF-β1 of the control and treatment groups in pretherapy and post-treatment were collected to evaluate the clinical efficacy, and the correlation between them was statistically analyzed.Results1.Case completion:There was 1 case dropped out in the treatment group. The total of30 healthy people and 59 patients who had mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency syndrome were finally included. So,there were 30 case in the control group, and 29 case in the treatment group.2.Baseline comparison:The general data of each group and the indicators before the treatment were compared, which were comparable(P>0.05).3.Comparison of curative effects:(1)The efficacy of TCM syndromes:After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,and the control group was 66.67%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Clinical symptom curative effect:After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:After the treatment, the TCM syndrome score of two groups were decreased(P<0.05),then the treatment group were decreased more significantly(P<0.05).5.Comparison of ICI-Q-SF score:After the treatment, the ICI-Q-SF score of two groups were decreased(P<0.05),then the treatment group were decreased more significantly(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the value of pelvic floor surface EMG:After the treatment, the value of pelvic floor surface EMG in both groups were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),then the treatment group were increased more significantly(P<0.05).7.Comparison of serum TGF-β1:Compared with healthy subjects, the serum TGF-β1content in SUI patients who had untreated were decreased(P<0.01).After the treatment, the content of serum TGF-β1 in both groups were all higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),then the treatment group were increased more significantly(P<0.05).8.Correlation analysis:The content of serum TGF-β1 was negatively correlated with the SUI classification and ICI-Q-SF score(P<0.05),and there were positively correlated with the value of pelvic floor surface EMG(P<0.05).Conclusion1.There have therapeutic effects on the treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation or Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation of patients with mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency Syndrom, but the later has better effects on improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.2.There is a certain correlation between serum TGF-β1 and the degree of pelvic floor muscle damage in patients with mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency Syndrom.3.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate SUI caused by Pi-qi-deficiency Syndrom may improve the pelvic floor muscle function, reduce urine leakage and delay the progression of SUI by promoting the expression of serum TGF-β1. |
