Clinical Observation Of Modified Jiangni Zhier Mixture In The Treatment Of Intractable HiccuP After Craniocerebral Trauma

Objective: To observe the effect of modified Dingxiang Shidi Decoction on IH Patients with qi stagnation after craniocerebral injury,and to find a safe and effective treatment scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for clinical treatment of IH after craniocerebral injury.Methods: 60 Patients with IH after craniocerebral injury from October 2019 to December2021 were collected.Through the sequential numbering method,60 Patients with IH after craniocerebral injury were divided into ex Perimental grou P(routine treatment +metoclo Pramide + modified formula of Dingxiang Shidi Decoction)and control grou P(basic treatment + metoclo Pramide + normal saline Placebo).The clinical efficacy and safety of modified Dingxiang Shidi Decoction on IH after TBI were evaluated by collecting the GCS score of IH Patients,the score of hiccuP sym Ptoms before and after admission,electrolyte,ICP,TCM syndrome,gastrointestinal motility index(MI),NIHSS score,etc.Result:1.Hiccu P sym Ptoms: the score of hiccuP sym Ptoms was significantly im Proved before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P on days 3,4,5,6 and 7(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two grou Ps on days 1 and 2(P > 0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: there was significant statistical difference in TCM syndrome score between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P after treatment(P < 0.05).3.Electrolyte: there was significant difference in serum calcium between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum magnesium between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P on the 7th day(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in serum magnesium on the 3rd day.4.ICP and Mi index: there was no significant difference in intracranial Pressure between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P before and after treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in intracranial Pressure between the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P before and after treatment(P < 0.05).5.After treatment,there was significant difference in nihh score between the two grou Ps,which was lower in the ex Perimental grou P than in the control grou P(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.The addition and subtraction of Dingxiang Shidi decoction has obvious curative effect on hiccuP.It may have a Positive effect on the recovery of nerve function after TBI clearance by controlling hiccuP sym Ptoms,reducing cerebral hy Poxia and Preventing nerve injury.
