Clinical Observation Of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Open Reduction And Internal Fixation In The Treatment Of Type B Fractures Of The Distal Radius

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of type B fractures of the distal radius,to explore the advantages of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,and to analyze its clinical application prospects.Methods: Patients from February 2021 to February 2022 in the Orthopedics Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital who met the inclusion criteria(a total of 80 cases)were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.After admission,the two groups of patients were temporarily immobilized with plaster external fixation of the affected limb forearm,and the related preoperative examinations were improved,and the distal radius was treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation.Local cold therapy was given after operation,and the affected limb was elevated.And guide early functional exercise,and postoperative routine treatment of patients with distal radius fractures.On the basis of the above treatment,the experimental group was additionally given Oral Body Tongzhuyu Decoction.The postoperative swelling value,swelling time,pain degree,Gartland-Werley wrist joint function score,and complication rate were recorded and compared between the two groups.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data entry and statistical analysis Results: A total of 92 cases were collected in this subject,and 12 were dropped out.Finally,each group completed the study of 40 cases.There were 18 males and 22 females in the control group,and 20 males and 20 females in the experimental group.The average age of the control group was(53.13±16.00)years.The average age of the experimental group was(57.58±12.08)years old.There were no significant differences in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in swelling value between the two groups at 1d after operation(P>0.05);at 3d and 5d after operation,the swelling value of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detumescence time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups at 1d,3d and 5d after operation(P>0.05);at 7d after operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Gartland-Werley wrist function score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery of wrist joint function in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with conventional treatment has obvious clinical effects on open reduction and plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb swelling,postoperative pain and wrist mobility in patients with distal radius B fractures,and it is worthwhile in the treatment.Promote the application.
