Objective: This study aims to explore the Associate between MHR and ventricular diastolic function by comparing the differences between obese and non-obese HFp EF atients,so as to provide pedictive indicators for the severity of ventricular diastolic disorders。Methods: By analyzing the clinical data of 171 patients with HFp EF,we found that compared with the normal weight group, the mean values of super recombinant lymphocyte count, monocyte count,MHR,calcium ion and albumin were higher, and the mean value of NT-pro BNP was lower(P<0.05);The mean values of monocyte count,MHR and albumin in obesity group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of cardiac structure related parameters, the mean values of LVDD and DHF in obesity group were higher than those in normal weight group.Compared with low body weight group, the mean E/e’ratio in obesity group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further Associate analysis found that MHR and BMI,Las,LVDD,E / e’ ratio,DHF scores were positively correlated, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Results: By analyzing the clinical data of 171 HFp EF Patients,we found that compared with the normal weight group, the mean value of super-recombinant lymphocyte count, monocyte count,MHR,Caion, albumin was higher, and the mean value of NT-pro BNP was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The mean values of monocyte count,MHR and albumin were higher the obese group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the normal weight group, the average scores of LVDD and DHF in the obese group were higher than those in the normal weight group, and the average E/e′ ratio was higher in the obese group than that in the low weight group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further Associte analysis showed that MHR was Positively correlated with BMI,LAS,LVDD,E/e′ ratio,TRPV and DHF score, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: MHR in obesity related HFp EF patients increased significantly, suggesting that such patients have a higher level of inflammatory response;MHR is elevated and positively correlated with parameters related to ventricular diastolic function in patients with obesity related efphf.MHR may be a simple and effective index to predict the severity of ventricular diastolic function.
