| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Gu Ben Yi Chang Tablet combined with loperamide in the treatment of irinotecan-induced diarrhea after chemotherapy,in order to provide clinical evidence for the use of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for chemotherapy-related diarrhea.Methods: A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral loperamide capsule for diarrhea control,and the experimental group was treated with Gu Ben Yi Chang Tablet on the basis of the control group.The grade of diarrhea,clinical symptom score of diarrhea,quality of life score,cumulative use of loperamide and toxic reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with the control group,diarrhea grade and clinical symptom score of diarrhea in experimental group were decreased(P < 0.05),and the cumulative dosage of loperamide was reduced(P < 0.05).There was statistical difference in quality of life score between two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but no statistical difference in blood,liver function,kidney function and other toxic and side effects(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Gu Ben Yi Chang Tablet combined with loperamide can better treat the diarrhea associated with irinotecan chemotherapy,alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea and improve the quality of life of patients,which has considerable clinical application value. |
