ObjectiveThis clinical study that designed as a prospective clinical randomized controlled study, observing the prevention and treatment for Bower Cancer FORFIRI Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea with Prescriptions WULING, making a comprehensive evaluation for changes in clinical symptoms, KPS scoring position and security, provides objective meaningful clinical information for the prevention and treatment for CID with Prescriptions WULING. This study is in order to prove that Prescriptions WULING is an effective measure of prevention and treatment for CID, promoting the development of the Chinese Medicine.MethodsThe clinical study prospective clinical randomized controlled study, the30cases of the treatment group sourced from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the30cases of the control group sourced from the Armed Police Hospital of Guangdong Province. ALL case accept the chemotherapy of FORFIRI, the treatment group take prescriptions WULING from day one till the end, the control group receive no Chinese medicine. This trial, by observing the changes of clinical symptoms, KPS scoring position and security of Prescriptions WULING, provides objective meaningful clinical data for the prevention and treatment for CID with Prescriptions WULING.Results1. The Prescriptions WULING can obviously prevent and treat for Bower Cancer FORFIRI Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea(P<0.5).The improvement of symptoms is obviouser at the day7after chemotherapy than the day14, though the day14also statistically significant.2. Results show that short-term cure of Prescriptions WULING cannot observably improve KPS scores.3. The Prescriptions WULING can improve the clinical symptoms as Abdominal distension abdominal pain, Nausea and vomiting, Loss of appetite.4. Studies hold that taking Prescriptions WULING has high security.conclusionThis clinical study that designed as a prospective clinical randomized controlled study, observing the prevention and treatment for Bower Cancer FORFIRI Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea with Prescriptions WULING. By Clinical observation, arrive at the following conclusions:The Prescriptions WULING can obviously prevent and treat for Bower Cancer FORFIRI Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea; Short-term cure of Prescriptions WULING cannot observably improve KPS scores; The Prescriptions WULING can improve the clinical symptoms as Abdominal distension abdominal pain, Nausea and vomiting, Loss of appetite.
