Clinical Observation Of Shengchaitiaogeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Female Perimenopausal Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengchai Tiaogeng Decoction in the treatment of female perimenopausal stable angina pectoris with liver-kidney-yin deficiency and liver-stagnation and fire syndrome,and to explore its mechanism and influence on patients’ quality of life.Methods: 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.In the experimental group,raw chai tiaogeng decoction was added to the control group,and the treatment course was 4weeks.The curative effect of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome curative effect,ecg curative effect,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,Seattle angina pectoris score,modified Kupperman score and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate was 78.1% in the experimental group and 56.3% in the control group,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was87.5% in the experimental group and 65.6% in the control group,and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of waist and knee soreness,five upset fever,hot flashes,night sweats,chest and hypochasm pain,irritability,insomnia and dream,dry mouth and bitter mouth(P < 0.01),the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement of forgetfulness and tinnitus(P < 0.05).In terms of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,the total withdrawal rate of the experimental group was 87.50%,and that of the control group was 68.75%,and the experimental group was more advantageous than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in total ecg efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05).In Seattle angina score,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of perimenopausal syndrome in experimental group and control group was 84.4% and 56.3%,respectively.The therapeutic effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group(P < 0.01).TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.01),and the effect of experimental group and control group was similar(P > 0.05),but LPa was not significantly improved(P > 0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions and adverse events in both groups.Conclusion: Shengchai Tiaogeng Decoction can effectively relieve angina pectoris symptoms and reduce nitroglycerin consumption;It can improve TCM syndrome,reduce perimenopausal syndrome,improve patients’ quality of life and physical function;Shengchai Tiaogeng Decoction has definite efficacy and high safety in the treatment of female perimenopausal stable angina pectoris with liver-kidney-yin deficiency and liver-stagnation and fire syndrome.
