Construction Of Nursing Teaching Evaluation Index System Of "Curriculum Ideological Politics" Based On THREE-DIMENSIONAL Objective

Objective: In order to improve the quality of ideological and political teaching of nursing courses,realize the deep integration of curriculum ideological and political teaching and professional courses,and improve the evaluation system of curriculum ideological and political teaching,based on the threedimensional objective teaching theory,through evidence-based literature analysis and Delphi demonstration,the evaluation index system of nursing curriculum ideological and political teaching was preliminarily constructed.Methods:1.Literature research method: based on the literature research method,relevant literature review and train of thought were carried out to determine the research background,relevant theoretical basis and theoretical basis of this paper,and the core elements of the theoretical framework of three-dimensional objectives were extracted.2.Delphi method: invited experts in the field of nursing for 2 rounds of consultation,and the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching of nursing courses was constructed,and construct the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching of nursing course.3.Analytic hierarchy process: the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching of nursing course was determined by consulting experts on index weight,and the rationality of evaluation index was tested.Results:1.(1)Through a comprehensive literature retrieval,it is found that universities have achieved certain research results in the theoretical research of curriculum ideological and political education,implementation path,element mining,teaching methods and other aspects,but there are few studies on the evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education,and there is no indepth research on the evaluation system of curriculum ideological and political education in nursing.(2)A total of 4434 literatures were obtained through retrieval,and 3540 literatures were obtained after eliminating duplicate literatures.After reading the title and abstract of the literature,88 papers were screened out,and then 9 papers that met the standards were screened out through careful reading of the full text.The included literatures were all expert opinions.Based on the analysis of literatures,the core elements of relevant 3D objectives were extracted,and the evaluation indicators were initially planned.2.Through two rounds of Delphi method,the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching of nursing courses based on threedimensional objectives was finally constructed,including three first-level indicators of knowledge and skills,process and method,emotion and attitude and values,and 19 second-level indicators corresponding to them.3.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of the firstlevel indicators "knowledge and skills","process and methods" and "emotional attitude and values" were determined to be 0.306,0.352 and 0.342,respectively.The order of importance was process and methods,emotional attitude and values,knowledge and skills.In terms of secondary indicators,professional knowledge under knowledge and skills is the most important(0.102),followed by practical knowledge and skills(0.099),social responsibility(0.087)and professional values(0.074),followed by professional identity(0.063)and teaching content(0.060).4.According to the results of the content validity questionnaire,Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients of the primary index,the secondary index and the overall index of the evaluation index system were all above 0.9.The halffold reliability is above 0.8.The I-CVI and K* values of each indicator are 1,and the S-CVI/UA and S-CVI/Ave are also 1.Conclusion(s):1.The evaluation indicators of this study are constructed with the support of literature analysis and policy documents,which are reasonable and scientific.2.According to the letter consultation principle of Delphi method and through two rounds of consultation,the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching of nursing course was constructed,including 3 first-level indexes and 19 second-level indexes.3.The weight setting and reliability and validity test of the evaluation indexes were carried out,and the results showed that the reliability and validity of the evaluation indexes were good,indicating that the constructed evaluation index system had stability and reliability,it provides an evaluation tool for ideological and political teaching evaluation of nursing course.
