An Comparasion Research On Education Of Different Levels On Nursing Special

Objective:The research take nursing secondary school education,nursing higher educaion and nursing undergraduate educaion as research object, and analysis nursing education, training objectives, curriculum set, professional value, professional ability of three levels,and do the research on needs of nurses which are in different levels in the hospital,in order to supply for theory guide for nursing training model for XinJiang. Methods:Take nursing seconl education,nursing higher educaion and nursing undergraduate educaion as research object, Based on open-ended questionnaires,useing questionnaires to collect uesful datas. Results:The training objectives of nursing secondary school education is skilled elementary nursing talent, The training objectives of nursing higher educaion is skilled middle nursing talent, The training objectives of nursing undergraduate educaion is skilled higher nursing talent. There are significant in flexibility,management and creative between different level nurses (P<0.05), undergraduate nurses are pay more attention to this value. The numbers of nurses which are really like the major so chose it is not many,a lot of influence factors effect their chooses. The undergraduate nurses are higher than other nurses on the ablities, especially in scientific resesrch parts,teaching parts and nursing manage. There are significant in total ablity,each part ablity and toal attitude,each part attitude between different level nurses (P<0.01).The manager of hospital think the nurse should be college nursing students (46.98%),The manager of nursing department think the nurse should be college nursing students(55.12%), the doctors think the nurse should be college nursing students (47.39%). Conclusion:There are no different between the needs of hospital and training objectives. There are differents between secondary school education,higher educaion and undergraduate educaion in training objectives and curriculum set.There are differents between occupation choose and professional abilities in the thres levels,and in our country nursing field,each level field have their developing area, so we should accroding to the students characteristic to formulate training objectives, training models.
