Study On The Correlation Between Five Movements And Six Qi Endowment At Birth Time And The Incidence Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To explore the rule of five yun and six qi in allergic rhinitis by analyzing the characteristics of the birth time of the two groups of patients,including Suiyun,Zhuqi,Keqi,Sitian-zaiquan,kezhujialin and five yun and six qi combination,so as to reveal the influence of five yun and six qi endowment on the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis.Methods: In a retrospective study,patients with allergic rhinitis and non-nasal diseases who received treatment in the the E.N.T.Department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2021 were selected as the study group and the control group.The general data of patients,such as outpatient number,gender,age,native place,date of birth,date of treatment and outpatient diagnosis,were selected,and create a database of basic information resources,and calculate the corresponding five yun and six qi elements on the basis of the date of birth.Chi-square was used to analyze the distribution of different factors of five yun and six qi in the two groups of patients,and then logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the key factors of five yun and six qi affecting the acquired allergic rhinitis,so as to explore the correlation between birth time yunqi and allergic rhinitis.Results:1.In the age distribution,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average age of the AR group was lower than that of the control group.In the aspect of gender distribution,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and male patients had a higher risk of AR.From the distribution of birth month in solar calendar,variation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the possibility of AR disease was significantly higher between July and September.2.From the distribution of Suiyun,variation between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),found that age for Shuitaiguo,the soil is far less,Huotaiguo,Tutaiguo,the fire is far less,Jintaiguo,is AR disease risk factors,especially Shuitaiguo,the soil is far less,Huotaiguo,leading to a higher risk of AR,with the result Statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of the distribution of Zhuqi,variation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk of AR occurring in the four qi(July 22-September 22)was the highest,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the perspective of Keqi distribution,there was no statistical difference between the two groups,and there was no correlation between Keqi at birth and suffered from AR(P>0.05).4.From the distribution of sitianzaiquan,variation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk of AR was high when Sitianzaiquan was shaoyin Jun Huo-Yangming dry gold,or sun cold water-Taiyin wet soil,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the distribution of Zhuqi and Keqi combination,variation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).AR prevalence was significantly the highest in the period when Zhuqi was too Yin and wet soil,and Keqi was Shaoyin fire,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.From the perspective of Yunqi coincidence distribution,the difference of Yunqi coincidence distribution between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk of AR was higher in Tianfu,Suihui and Taiyi Tianfu.Conclusion:1.Age and gender are the influencing factors of suffering from AR.2.When the age of birth in Suiyun is Shuitaiguo,the soil is far less,Huotaiguo will increase the risk of AR: The year of Shuitaiguo will easily form the constitution of “cold temperament preference”,which is mainly manifested as “kidney Yang deficiency”or “external cold and internal heat”AR.;The soil is far less is easy to form the constitution of “deficiency of soil qi”,mainly manifested as “liver depression and spleen deficiency type”or“spleen and stomach weakness type”AR.When the age of birth is Huotaiguo can easily to form the constitution of “heat preference”,which is mainly manifested as "lung heat accumulation type" or "lung qi Yin deficiency type" AR.3.The Zhuqi is the four qi,too Yin wet soil is easy to form the "moisture partial TYPE" constitution,can cause the brand stomach movement disorder and cause the brand empty wet TYPE AR.4.Sitianzaiquan is too Yang cold water-too Yin wet soil,it is easy to form a cold and wet constitution,easy to be susceptible to cold evil,causing cold and wet AR;Sitianzaiquan is shaoyin fire,Yangming gold is easy to form a heat constitution,easy to recover heat evil,causing lung heat dryness injury type AR.Those who conceived in shaoyin fire,too Yin wet soil squint towards AR,and tend to form hot and humid constitution,causing water depression Hot type AR.5.The incidence rate of AR is higher when the Yunqi combination is tianfu,Suihui and Taiyi Tianfu,which may be due to the drastic climate change and the occurrence of extreme weather such as high temperature and cold wave,which will increase the risk of allergic rhinitis to varying degrees.6.By analyzing the characteristics of five yun and six qi,it is concluded that the time from people born easy to form the lung spleen kidney deficiency,“cold temperament preference”,“moisture partial victory”,“hot partial victory” natural endowment of the constitution,These physical characteristics may be an important pathological basis for AR,thereby increasing the risk of AR.7.This study summarizes and analyzes the commonness of the constitutions of five yun and six qi endowments at different birth times,summarizes the mathematical logic from the orderly synthesis,and deduces the general rules of congenital constitutions prone to AR,so as to provide a basis for the treatment of diseases.But in clinical use,it should be based on the calculation of the patient’s endowment of “five yun and six qi”,further combining with the characteristics of the moment ill luck and dynamic point of view to consider,perceive the nature of internal external signs,starting from the phenomenon,explore the law of the disease,combined with clinical experience,analyzing the specific issues more promotes the treatment and prevention of AR,It is the advantage of TCM to intervene AR.
