Objective:Through questionnaire survey and objective examination,to reflect the influences of different exposure levels of PM2.5 and PM10 in the atmosphere of Shijiazhuang area on the incidence of allergic rhinitis?AR?in the population, and the relationship between it and the severity of self-conscious symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 150 outdoor workers, such as sanitation workers, traffic police, and street vendors who have lived in Shijiazhuang for a long time are mainly high-exposure group,a total of 150 medical staff in operating room of Shijiazhuang hospitals are low-exposure group.Through the form of questionnaire to determine whether there are symptoms of allergic rhinitis, questionnaires were collected, and according to subjective symptoms, the two groups of people with allergic rhinitis symptoms were screened into our department for further objective examination and diagnosis, and a questionnaire survey of the severity of six symptoms in summer and winter was conducted among outdoor staff who were diagnosed with AR.Result:In the low-exposure group, there were 11 people with positive AR symptoms, according to the standard of diagnosis,9 people were eventually diagnosed with AR.However,in the high-exposure group,31 people with positive AR symptoms, according to the standard of diagnosis,28 people were eventually diagnosed with AR.The highest concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10occurred in winter, and the average self-conscious symptom score of AR patients in the high-exposure group was 12.6 points. The lowest concentrations of PM2.5.5 and PM10 occurce in summer, and the average self-conscious symptom score of AR patients was 5.4 points.1.The incidence of allergic rhinitis is significantly increased in patients with high-exposure of PM2.5 and PM100 compared with low-exposure population, and the incidence of allergic rhinitis between the two groups was significant differences?P=0.0015,P<0.05?.2.The concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 were significantly correlated with the severity of the symptoms of AR patients in the high-exposure group, that is,the higher the concentration of PM2.5 and PM10,the more serious the self-conscious symptoms of AR patients, and the lower the concentration, the lighter the self-conscious symptoms. Conclusion:For the first time, this study focused on the influence of PM2.5 and PM10on nasal diseases in Shijiazhuang area, and found that people exposed to different concentrations of inhalable particulate matter had higher incidence of allergic rhinitis in the high-exposure group,as well as the higher the concentration of inhalable particulate matter, the more serious the self-conscious symptoms of AR patients. This is closely related to the mechanism of inhalable particulate matter in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, which lays a foundation for the further cytological and zoological experiments, and finally provides theoretical basis and new ideas for the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in clinic.
