Effect Of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablets Combined With Chemotherapy On Immune Function In Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Colorectal Cancer Surgery

Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu tablet combined with chemotherapy on immune function in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria used in this study,60 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients were included in the treatment of OLF chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery,the chemotherapy cycle was30 days,a total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy,and oral Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablets were added on this basis.During the treatment,blood samples were collected before the first,fourth and sixth chemotherapy cycles to examine the levels of T lymphocytes in the patients.The levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4+/CD8 + were compared between the two groups,and the relevant data were recorded.The data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.Results:The study of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablets combined with chemotherapy in improving the immune function of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after colorectal cancer surgery showed that the immune function indicators CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 + in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).And no patient had impaired liver and kidney function during treatment.Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablets can improve the immune function of chemotherapy patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after colorectal cancer surgery.
