Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Recipe For Postoperative Recurrence Of Breast Cancer After Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy (the Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Blood)

Objective: Preliminary study on the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction on postoperative recurrence of radiotherapy and chemotherapy(gas and blood deficiency syndrome)for breast cancer,providing clinical reference and basis for the application and promotion of this prescription.Methods: The study used a randomized controlled trial method.50 subjects who met the criteria were numbered in the order of treatment.They were randomly divided into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).In the control group,hormone-dependent subjects were given endocrine therapy.To prevent infection,promote white blood cell growth,protect the liver,protect the stomach and other symptomatic supportive treatment,the subjects in the treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Recipe on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.One course of treatment was 4 weeks,and all treatments were continuous.8 weeks,or 2 courses.The changes of hemoglobin,CA-153,TCM symptom scores,KPS scores and progression-free survival were observed before and after treatment,and adverse events were recorded.Results: In terms of improving TCM symptoms: the treatment group has obvious advantages compared with the control group,especially in improving the main symptoms of fatigue,pale complexion,spontaneous sweating and night sweats.In the evaluation of TCM symptom efficacy,there were 0 cases in the treatment group,22 cases in the improvement group,22 cases in the improvement group,and 3 cases in the improvement group.The effective rate was 88%,while the control group improved obviously in 0 cases and the partial improvement in 14 cases.In 11 cases,the effective rate was only 56%,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of quality of life analysis,the scores of the treatment group increased significantly,while the control group did not change much before,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%.The effective rate of the group was 76.0%,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of hemoglobin index change: in the treatment group,4 cases of I degree and 3 cases of II degree decreased to 0 degrees,0 cases of patients increased from 11 cases to 18 cases,and I degree decreased from 10 cases to 6 cases,II degree From 4 cases to 1 case;in the control group,1 case of 0 degree and 1 case of I degree rose to II degree,0 degree decreased from 12 cases to 11 cases,and I degree decreased from 10 cases to 9 cases,II The degree was increased from 3 cases to 5 cases.There was no change before and after III degree and IV degree treatment.There was significant difference in hemoglobin index between the two groups(p<0.05).In terms of CA153 changes,the CA153 values of the two groups were slightly higher than before,but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).In terms of progression-free survival,the median PFS was 143.4 days in the treatment group and 104.8 days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in vital signs,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram of the subjects before and after treatment.No obvious gastrointestinal reactions,allergic reactions,rashes and other adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can reduce hemoglobin index,improve clinical symptoms of TCM,improve quality of life,prolong progression-free survival,and have no obvious side effects when treating postoperative recurrence of radiotherapy and chemotherapy(gas and blood deficiency syndrome).However,there is no obvious advantage in reducing CA153,and it can be popularized for clinical treatment after recurrence of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for breast cancer.
