Discussion On Professor Lu Jianqi’s Prescription Rule Of Treating Angiocardiopathy With Guizhi Prescription Based On Data Mining

Objective: To study the prescription rule of Professor Lu Jianqi,in the treatment of angiocardiopathy by means of data mining technology and traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),and summarize the tutor’s diagnosis and treatment thought and prescription rules.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of Guizhi prescription,a classic prescription,in treating heart diseases and inherit the clinical experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods: The medical records of patients diagnosed and treated with Guizhi prescription in the outpatient department of Professor Lu Jianqi of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital from September 2019 to December 2021 were included,and the medical records with clear diagnosis,perfect basic information,complete information of four traditional Chinese medicine diagnoses and clear information of prescription and medicine were selected.Establish a database after standardizing the medical record data,The basic information,symptoms,syndrome types,drugs and so on of cases were counted by the "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)" software,and the syndrome analysis was carried out.In this study,the golden section method was used to optimize the related content,and the symptoms and drugs of Guizhi prescription were arranged in order of frequency,and the sum of those with higher frequency was just greater than the golden section61.8%of them were tutors who used Guizhi prescriptions to treat the main symptoms and drugs,and summarized and sorted out Professor Lu Jianqi’s prescription rules and academic thoughts of using Guizhi prescriptions to treat heart diseases.Results: Data mining statistics were conducted on 358 medical records,including 69 cases of Guizhi Decoction,83 cases of Linggui Zhugan Decoction,81 cases of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus Longbai Guizhi Decoction,57 cases of Zhigancao Decoction and 68 cases of Guizhi Ganlonggu Muli Decoction.The statistical results are as follows:1.The general situation of the medical records of patients in this study shows that the age of patients with Guizhi Decoction is mainly 50-79 years old(accounting for 73.91%),that of patients with Linggui Zhugan Decoction is also50-79 years old(accounting for 71.09%),and that of patients with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction is mainly 50-69 years old(accounting for 64.20%).However,patients with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction are under 69 years old(accounting for 82.35%),patients with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction are mostly male,and other patient groups are mainly female patients,which basically accords with the epidemiological survey results in recent years.2.Statistical analysis of clinical symptoms of Guizhi prescriptions shows that Guizhi Decoction syndrome is common with chills,chest tightness,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,lukewarm hands and feet,chest flushes due to qi,palpitation,etc.Tongue pulse symptoms are pale or reddish tongue,thin and white fur,weak or slow pulse;Lingguizhugan Decoction syndrome is characterized by palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness,fatigue,edema of lower limbs,etc.Tongue pulse is often characterized by pale or fat tongue,white or greasy fur,thready or thin pulse,or slippery pulse;The Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction are chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation,chest pain,fatigue,etc.The tongue pulse symptoms are pale or dark with blood stasis,white greasy or thick fur,thready and weak pulse,or string sinking.The common symptoms of Zhigancao Decoction are palpitation,listlessness,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,night sweats,irritability,pale face,etc.Tongue pulse is often dark red or light red,with little or thin white fur,deep,thin and weak pulse or knot generation;The symptoms of Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction are insomnia,irritability,palpitation,chest tightness,spontaneous sweating,etc.The tongue pulse symptoms are pale or dark tongue,white fur,deep and weak pulse.3.Statistical analysis on the treatment of heart diseases by various Guizhi prescriptions shows that Guizhi Decoction mainly treats thoracic obstruction(accounting for 60.87%)and palpitation(accounting for 26.09%),and the main pathogenesis is deficiency of yang in the body,deficiency of heart yang,and disharmony between camp and health.Guizhugan Decoction mainly treats heart failure(61.45%)and palpitation(28.92%),and its main pathogenesis is deficiency of yang qi,stagnation of phlegm retention,and ascending of heart and lung.Shihongbai Guizhi Decoction mainly treats thoracic obstruction(accounting for 90.12%),and its main pathogenesis is insufficiency of heart yang,phlegm and blood stasis,and obstruction of heart and pulse.Zhigancao Decoction mainly treats palpitation(accounting for71.93%)and insomnia(accounting for 15.79%).The main pathogenesis is deficiency of heart yang,deficiency of yin and blood,and malnutrition of heart and pulse.Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction mainly treats insomnia(61.76%)and palpitation(23.53%).The main pathogenesis is heart-yang deficiency and excessive mind.4.Statistical analysis of the drug frequency of each Guizhi prescription shows that there are 117 drugs used in Guizhi Decoction,the main drugs include Guizhi(69 times),Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata(69 times),Radix Paeoniae Alba(69 times),Ginger(69 times),Jujube(69 times),Codonopsis pilosula(44 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(39 times)and Astragalus membranaceus(39 times)A total of 108 drugs are used in the syndrome of Lingzhugan Decoction,The main drugs include Ramulus Cinnamomi(83times),Poria cocos(83 times),Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae(83times),Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata(83 times),Radix Astragali(56 times),Radix Codonopsis(51 times),Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata(41 times),Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata(35 times),Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae(32times),Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong(31 times)and Almond.A total of 101 kinds of drugs are used in the syndrome of Zhixiebai Guizhi Decoction.The main drugs include immature bitter orange(81 times),bulbus allii macrostemi(81 times),ramulus cinnamomi(81 times),fructus trichosanthis(81 times),cortex Magnoliae officinalis(81 times),Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata(61times),Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong(56 times),Rhizoma Cyperi(54 times)and lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae(54 times).There are 69 kinds of drugs used in Zhi Gan Tang syndrome,the main drugs include Zhi Gan Cao(57times),Guizhi(57 times),Ophiopogon japonicus(57 times),Codonopsis pilosula(57 times),Radix Rehmanniae(57 times),Chinese date(57 times),ginger(57 times)and donkey-hide gelatin(47 times).There are 95 kinds of drugs used in Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction.The main drugs include Guizhi(68 times),Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata(68 times),Longgu(68 times),Oyster(68 times),Codonopsis pilosula(44 times),Zhu Fuzhen(42 times),Jujube(35 times),Caulis Polygoni Multiflori(32 times)and Ophiopogon japonicus(31 times).5.By analyzing the prescriptions of various Guizhi prescriptions for treating heart diseases,it is found that Guizhi Decoction takes Guizhi Decoction combined with Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Astragali and Radix Aconiti Lateralis as the core drugs,and is often combined with Fuling Almond Glycyrrhiza Decoction,Coix Job’s tears and Fuzi Powder,Zhenwu Decoction,Fuzi Lizhong Pill and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.Lingzhugan Decoction for treating heart failure takes Lingguizhugan Decoction combined with Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Astragali,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Semen Lepidii and Euonymus fortunei as the core drugs,and is often combined with Lepidium Jujubae Xiefei Decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Fangjihuangqi Decoction,Fangjifuling Decoction,Poria almond licorice decoction,Alisma Decoction,etc.Shizhibai Guizhi Decoction for the treatment of thoracic obstruction takes Pinellia ternata,Chuanxiong rhizome,Cyperus rotundus,Dalbergia wood and Poria cocos as the core drugs,and is often combined with Erchen Decoction,Coix lachryma powder,Poria cocos almond licorice decoction,etc.Zhigancao Decoction for palpitation takes Zhigancao Decoction combined with Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Zhu Fuzhen as the core drugs,and is often combined with Shengmai Powder and Ganmai Dazao Decoction.Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction is the core medicine for insomnia treatment,which is composed of Guizhi Glycyrrhiza Longgu Muli Decoction,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Zhu Fu Shen and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.It is often combined with Xiaoyao Powder,Shengmai Powder,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Fuzi Lizhong Pill,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Danggui Buxue Decoction and Ganmai Jujube Decoction.Conclusion:1.Professor Lu Jianqi’s treatment of heart disease syndrome with Guizhi prescription always belongs to deficiency of heart and excess of body,which is based on heart-yang deficiency and phlegm-blood retention.Among them,the pathogenesis of Guizhi Decoction is deficiency of heart-yang and disharmony between camp and health.The pathogenesis of Lingshugan Decoction is deficiency of yang qi,stagnation of phlegm retention,ascending of heart and lung;The pathogenesis of Shihibai Guizhi Decoction is heart yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,and obstruction of heart and pulse.The pathogenesis of Zhigancao Decoction is deficiency of heart and yang,deficiency of yin and blood,and malnutrition of heart and pulse.The pathogenesis of Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction is heart-yang deficiency and excessive mind.2.Professor Lu Jianqi used Guizhi prescription to treat heart diseases,mainly using Guizhi to warm and tonify heart yang,often combined with Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Dioscorea opposita,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Epimedii Herba,Corni Fructus,Euonymus fortunei,Shouwuteng,Zhufushen,Ziziphus jujuba Mill,etc.to calm the heart and soothe the nerves,and Dalbergia odoriferae,Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Angelica sinensis,etc.,Pinellia ternata,dried tangerine peel,almonds,coix seed,etc.can eliminate dampness and phlegm,observe the pathogenesis,and treat according to the symptoms.3.When Professor Lu Jianqi used Guizhi prescription to treat heart diseases,he took "warm and subsidize the Yang qi of the heart" as the core principle,and always carried out the academic thought of "treating the heart and keeping the heart and spleen and kidney warm","pay attention to peace of mind" and "treating phlegm and blood stasis simultaneously".
