By collecting the pulse condition data of clinical patients, using modern electronic technology and data analysis methods, and taking pulse force, pulse speed, pulse position and pulse arch as components, the characteristic data of pulse condition were statistically analyzed, and the fluctuation parameters of twelve pulse conditions of cold and heat syndrome in Mongolian medicine were preliminarily determined,so as to provide data for the standardized study of pulse diagnosis in Mongolian medicine.According to Mongolian pulse diagnosis theory,763 patients’ pulse conditions were collected in 5 Mongolian general hospitals,of which 549 were effective pulse conditions, and classified.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to calculate the p25-P75 interval of pulse force, pulse velocity, pulse position and arch with percentile method, and the pulse parameter interval was preliminarily determined. Then, according to gender and age groups,man-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallils tests were applied to test whether there were differences between groups.Among the effective pulse images collected,11 kinds of pulse images such as cold faint pulse, deep pulse, weak pulse, slow pulse, empty pulse, hollow pulse and heat excess pulse, surging pulse, rapid pulse, wiry pulse and tense pulse were statistically processed. The number of cases of slippery pulse is small,so only feature description is done without statistical processing. The parameter ranges of pulse force(H1),pulse speed(T),pulse position(P)and arch(W1)of 11 pulse conditions are as follows:Excess pulse: H1:25.6-35.8mm Hg;T: 0.7-0.86 s;P: 119.8 to 154.6 g;W1:0.16 0.2 s.Surging pulse:H1:19.2-30 mm Hg;T: 0.74-0.98 s;P: 110.7 to 149.5 g;W1:0.16 0.23 s.Rapid pulse: h1:13.6-24.5mm Hg;T: 0.55-0.65 s;P: 108.7 to 154.5 g;W1:0.12 0.2 s.Wiry pulse:H1:18-26.3mm Hg;T: 0.67-0.88 s;P: 112-157-g;W1:0.12 0.21 s.Tense pulse H1:18.1-25.7mm Hg;T: 0.68-0.94 s;P: 110.8 to 140.4 g;W1:0.14 0.23 s.Faint pulse H1:5.4-12.2mm Hg;T: 0.64 s to 0.73 s;P: 143.9 to 187.5 g;W1:0.17 0.2 s.Deep pulse: H1:16-23.5mm Hg;T: 0.73-0.86 s;P: 160-201.7 g;W1:0.17 0.22 s.Weak pulse :H1:10.4-15.8mm Hg;T: 0.74-1.0 s;P: 109.3 to 142.7 g;W1:0.16 0.22 s.Slow pulse: H1:14.6-25.5mm Hg;T: 0.96-1.13;P: 109.5-151 g;W1:0.2 0.26 s.Empty pulse: H1:10.4-16.7mm Hg;T: 0.7-0.82 s;P: 108.5 to 146.1 g;W1:0.15 0.2 s.Hollow pulse:h1:14.6-22.2mm Hg;T: 0.76-0.9 s;P: 85-107.6 g;W1:0.16 0.22 s.Conclusion:1.In more than 30 cases, there was no crossover of 5 pulse parameters, such as rapid pulse, slow pulse, deep pulse, hollow pulse and weak pulse, which could be clearly distinguished by pulse parameters.2.Pulse parameters of excess pulse, surging pulse and wiry pulse were overlapped in more than 30 cases. After removing the overlapped pulse parameters, the range of pulse parameters was reduced, which needs further study and determination. The pulse force from large to small is excess pulse, surging pulse, wiry pulse;Vein arch from thick to thin is surging pulse, wiry pulse, excess pulse; The order of pulse velocity from fast to slow is wiry pulse, excess pulse and surging pulse. The pulse positions from shallow to deep were surging pulse, surging pulse and wiry pulse, and some results were basically consistent with the theory of pulse diagnosis in Mongolian medicine.3.The number of tense pulse, empty pulse and faint pulse in less than 30 cases was relatively large, which was obtained by statistical processing. The parameter fluctuation range of the three pulse conditions needs further research verification.Results:4.The slippery pulse with too few cases was not statistically treated, and the further study should be continued.
