Design And Application Of Hospital Guidance System Based On Information Interaction

With the rapid development of information technology and economy,the concept of "WIT120" has been brought forward,which will bring a whole new medical service experience to the audience."WIT120" has launched an online medical treatment model through the Internet of Things and other technologies,which meets the needs of the audience to get medical treatment at home without leaving home.On the other hand,with the progress of social civilization,the demand of the audience is no longer the demand for basic materials,but a higher spiritual demand.In this context,the intelligent,systematic,and humanized guidance system has begun to attract the attention of hospitals.At present,my country’s hospital guidance system is in the stage of "traditional guidance is being optimized,and intelligent guidance has just been involved".The guidance function of most hospitals is not perfect and lacks visual logic,which cannot help the audience to establish a good spatial cognition.However,the problems of low usage rate and difficult operation of intelligent guidance have made the audience’s "step by step" medical consultation phenomenon still exist.Based on the above problems,this paper combines the theories of architecture,behavior,informatics,visual communication and other disciplines to introduce the concept of "information interaction" into the hospital guidance system.Promote the interactive relationship between hospital guidance information and information,guidance and environment,guidance and audience from the perspective of information interaction,forming a "space-region-node" guidance mode,established to guide hospital audience Behavior-oriented hospital guidance information architecture model.Through field surveys,questionnaire surveys and other methods,it summarizes and puts forward the design ideas of hospital guidance system design that should be planned according to the needs of different audiences,different medical treatment processes,and different spatial environments.It is finally concluded that in the era of smart medical care,only from the perspective of information interaction,with the purpose of guiding the behavior of the audience,to establish the visual interaction between the guide and the audience,the perception interaction,and the mind interaction,can the hospital guidance system be more valuable,More meaningful,can provide more humanized and intelligent services for the audience.The research results of this article serve as a basic starting point in this field.I hope that through the discussion of the information interaction design of the hospital guidance system,an organic hospital guidance system can be established to improve the audience’s medical experience,optimize the hospital space environment,and guide the hospital.The development of the system can help the development of WIT120 care.
