Clinical Observation Of Nausea And Vomiting Caused By Cisplatin In The Treatment Of Navel Therapy With Ginger-processed Pincellia In Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ginger-processed pincellia on preventing nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin chemotherapy with Advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Taking advantage of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy,improving patient compliance,and creating conditions for the successful completion of its chemotherapy program.Methods: Ninety patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer accepted cisplatin chemotherapy from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group was routinely treated with tropisetron and metoclopramide.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given ginger-processed pincellia for 24 hours on the first day of chemotherapy until the end of chemotherapy.The indicators included the severity of nausea,vomiting and losing of appetite,control efficiency,the Karnofsky scores,TCM symptom and adverse reactions.Evaluate the therapeutic effect after treatment,collate the data.Results of all the data uesd SPSS25.0 statistical software for analysis,P<0.05 for a significant difference.Results: The two groups of patients in age,sex,tumor pathological type and KPS score have no significant difference(P>0.05).In the acute phase,nausea,vomiting and loss of appetite severity and control efficiency in the control group showed no statistically difference compared to the treatment group.In the delay phase,nausea,vomiting and loss of appetite severity and control efficiency was significantly different between the control group and the treatment group(P< 0.05).After chemotherapy,KPS scores of the two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy,but the comparison between the groups showed that in terms of inhibition of KPS score decreased,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The analysis of additional vomiting drugs in the two groups: 13 cases of the control group with antiemetics accounted for 28.89%,and 5 cases of the treatment group accounted for 11.11%(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in terms of chi-square analysis χ2=4.444(P < 0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptom in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment was successfully completed in both groups and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ginger-processed pincellia combined with tropisetron appropriately increased for preventing induced nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin chemotherapy in Advanced non-small cell lung cancer.It could improve the quality of life and the adverse reactions could be tolerant,providing better guarantee for the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
