Clinical Features,diagnosis And Prognosis Of 35 Patients With Primary Colonic Malignant Lymphoma

Objective: To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment methods and prognosis of primary colon malignant lymphoma(PCML).Methods: Retrospective analysis of case data of patients with colonic malignant lymphoma diagnosed in Shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 2010 to May 2017.The clinical features,auxiliary examinations,pathological features and treatment of patients were analyzed,and the prognostic effects of different factors were analyzed.Results: There were 35 cases of patients with malignant lymphoma of the colon,including 20 males and 15 females.The ratio of male to female was 1.33:1,age66.26±11.69 years old(40-86 years old).The three most common clinical manifestations were abdominal pain,accounted for60%,abdominal distension,accounted for54.29%,and abdominal mass,accounted for45.71%.Lesion site: 15 cases(42.86%)in the blind,10 in the right colon(28.57%),2 in the left colon(5.71%),7 cases in the rectum(20%),and 3 cases in multiple sites(8.57%).All patients were non-hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL).There were 30 cases of B cells(85.71%),of which 22 cases(62.85%)were diffuse large b-cell type,and 5 cases(14.29%)were the source of T cells.32(91.43%)patients received surgical treatment.19 cases(54.29%)received systemic chemotherapy.16 cases(45.71%)received surgery treatment with combination chemotherapy.Surgery chemotherapy alone in 3 patients(8.57%).Radiation therapy in 1case(2.86%).Median survival time was 25 months,and tumor cell origin had a significant effect on the prognosis of patients.Conclusion: Malignant lymphoma of the colon is very common in men.Abdominal pain,abdominal distension and abdominal mass are common clinical manifestations.Surgical pathology is the most important method of diagnosis.The most common pathological type is diffuse large b-cell type,and surgical combined chemotherapy can increase the survival rate of colon malignant lymphoma.
