The Research Of The Prescription Regularity About Fuping TCM’s Treatment Of Infertility Based On Data Mining Methods

Objective This study expects to probe Fuping TCM’s prescription regularity on treating infertility by using data mining methods,to optimize the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a theoretical basis for this disease.Methods Collection and screening 1813 prescriptions of Professor Fuping’s outpatient treatment of infertility from September 2013 to August 2017 and establishing data database,then using Microsoft Excel 2007 software and SPASS software for frequency of statistical analysis on these prescription from medicinal properties and tastes of herbs,meridian tropism,efficacy and other aspects,clustering analysis of core medicines,exploring the Fuping TCM’s prescription regularity and drug characteristics on treating infertility.Results 1.Get the frequency and classification of 259 kinds traditional Chinese medicines obtained from 1813 prescriptions.2.The core traditional Chinese medicines in Fuping TCM treatment of infertility include Danggui,Chuanxiong,Shudihuang,Gouqizi,Tusizi,Fupenzi,Bajitian,Danshen,Zishiying,Huangqi,Baishao,Gancao,Duzhong,Lulutong,Xiangfu,Sangjisheng,Xianlingpi,Xuduan,Baizhu,Zaojiaoci,Gouji,Jixueteng,Congrong,Taoren,Huangjing,Shijianchuan,Ziheche,Taizishen,Sigualuo,Dangshen,Chenpi,Chuanshanjia,Yuzhu,Lvmeihua.3.The four properties of the core traditional Chinese medicines are warm,calm and cold based;five tastes are sweet,pungent and bitter based;meridians tropism mainly owned by the liver,kidney and spleen;function is tonic,invigorate the circulation of blood based.4.Conclude the 264 pairs of the core traditional Chinese medicines combination,combined with clinical experience,12 groups of characteristic drug pairs were obtained.5.Conclude the 10 cluster prescriptions are composed of 2-10 Traditional Chinese medicines.Conclusions 1.The four properties of the core medicines in Fuping TCM treatment of infertility are warm,calm and cold based;five tastes are sweet,bitter and pungent based;meridians tropism mainly owned by the liver,kidney and spleen;function is tonic,invigorate the circulation of blood based,thus inferring that the basic pathogenesis of infertility is mainly deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the inclusion of deficiency and reality,"kidney deficiency" as the basis,"blood stasis" as the superficiality;To regulate the fundamental treatment of organs,promoting blood circulation to eliminate marked real,combined with menstrual cycle physiological characteristics of staging;Fuping TCM treatment of infertility extensive drug coverage,proficient in compatibility,good at pairs of drug;using blood and flesh of the goods to stern tonifying kidney essence;the system of medicine to peace for a period,tonic medicine throughout the treatment,smooth tonic and gentle attack,little bitter cold and fierce attack;with tonifying medicine must be replenished in the elimination,in order to prevent stagnation;there must be both tonifying and vacuity when using drugs to remove blood stasis,in order to prevent the injury of body;drug use cold medicine to be always warm to prevent injury yang;drugs used hot medicine to be always cold to prevent injury yin.2.The characteristic pairs of medicines about Fuping TCM treatment of infertility include: Xuduan―Gouji,Shudihuang―Gouqizi,Tusizi―Fupenzi,Danggui―Huangqi,Ziheche―Hama you,Hanliancao―Nvzhengzi,Zaojiaoci―Lulutong,Huangjing―Yuzhu,Bajitian―Congrong,Danshen―Jixueteng,Baijiezi―Xixin,Chuanshanjia―Lujiaopian.3.The cluster prescriptions about Fuping TCM treatment of infertility include: ZishiyingDanggui-Tusizi-Chuanxiong-Shudihuang-Fupenzi-Gouqizi-Bajitian-Huangqi-danshen;GoujiChuanduan-Duzhong-Sangjisheng;Huangqin-Huanglian-Ganjiang-Lujiaoshuang;Chaobaishao-Danpi-Shengdihuang;Gegen-Tiandong-Maidong;ShinanyeTougucao-Huzhang;Xixin-Baijiezi-Shijianchuan;Chendanxing-Tianzhuhuang-BanxiaShichangpu;Hongteng-Pugongying-Baijiangcao;Chaihu-Yujin4.The characteristic prescriptions of Fuping TCM treatment of infertility includes: Wenshen yulin decoction,Yangjing yulin decoction,Peitu yulin decoction,Nourishing kidney and nourishing liver decoction,Huashi Tiaochong decoction,Jie yu yulin decoction,Self-made tongluo decoction,medicine dose can be added and subtracted flexibly according to the differentiation of syndromes.
