The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The First Stage Of Labor Abnormality With Yi-Qi-Zhu-Chan Decotion Combined With Phloroglucinol

Objective:By observing the Traditional-Chinese-Medicine(TCM)Yi-Qi-Zhu-Chan Decotion combined with Phloroglucinol to lengthened the incubation period,active or stagnation primipara first labor progress,which were used the research methods of modern medicine,To explore the mechanism and safety of combined Chinese and western medicine intervention,so as to clinical solving labor stagnation or prolonged labor and provide a new method is simple,safe and reliable.Methods:A total of 120 cases with labor stagnation or prolonged labor primipara were randomly divided into observation-group and control-group(n=60).The observation-group was given TCM Yi-Qi-Zhu-Chan Decotion and 120mg of phloroglucinol intravenous drip;The control-group was given 120mg of phloroglucinol intravenous drip.To Observe two groups of mothers after intervention in the labor time,the incidence of cervical edema,the strength of the contractions,oxytocin use,final delivery way with postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal Apgar score,and so on and so forth.Results:1,Natural births in observation-group was obviously higher than that of control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),cesarean section rate of observation-group was obviously lower than the control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,The observation-group significantly shorten the incubation period prolonged maternal for the first time was significantly shortened(P<0.05);The observation-group active extension or stagnation maternal medication to palace mouth full time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).3,The cervix edema incidence of observation-group was obviously lower than the control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Oxytocin usage and dosage,observation-group was obviously lower than the control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).5,Using strong harem shrinkage ratio of observation-group was obviously higher than that of control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6,The observation-group and control-group in vaginal delivery neonatal Apgar score always compare,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).7,Observation group of vaginal delivery women during the bleeding and after 6h the bleeding were significantly less than the control-group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Traditional-Chinese-Medicine(TCM)Yi-Qi-Zhu-Chan Decotion combined with Phloroglucinol can promote primiparae labor progress more effective,safe,and reduce complications,reduce oxytocin utilization rate,reduce the cesarean delivery rate,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and It can also reduce the risk of mother and baby,It has the very good clinical efficacy.
