| Efficient disposal and resource utilization of fecal waste has become an urgent problem to be solved in aquaculture industry.Aerobic composting technology has the advantages of complete harmless treatment of manure,high added value of manure and good economic benefits,so it is widely used in livestock and poultry manure treatment mode.Trough composting is a kind of aerobic composting technology which is widely used at present.Compared with other composting technology,trough composting is simple,labor saving and low energy consumption.However,there are still some problems such as high water content of raw materials,relatively long treatment time and uneven quality of compost products in the application of trough composting technology in disposing of manure from pig farms.Based on the tank composting technology,this research project designed a reactor to simulate the fermentation conditions of tank composting,optimized the formula of pig manure aerobic composting,reduced the composting treatment cost,improved the water removal rate,shortened the treatment period,and achieved the purpose of reducing,harmless and resource utilization of pig manure treatment.At the same time,organic and inorganic compound fertilizer based on pig manure aerobic composting products was developed.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The selection experiment of pig manure aerobic composting materials.Through the analysis of water,p H,C/N,organic matter,GI and other conditions in the composting process,the results showed that the water removal rate of the composting material was rapid,the temperature trophil period was longer,and the composting period was shorter.The composting effect of the composting material was better than that of bagasse and wood bran.(2)the pig aerobic compost returns replacement series chaff experiment,through the water in the composting process,p H,C/N,organic matter,GI condition such as the analysis of the results show that the system the chaff: returns = 2:1 ratio to replace compost moisture removing quick,longer addicted to temperature,composting cycle short,chaff system replace returns the optimal proportion for series chaff: returns =2:1.The experimental results of replacing chaff with returned material in pig manure aerobic compost showed that the returned material was suitable to be used together with other auxiliary materials to increase the initial microbial biomass,but the effect of using compost alone was relatively poor.(3)The results showed that organic and inorganic compound fertilizer could significantly increase the plant yield of lettuce and Campanulae.Compared with commercial organic fertilizer lettuce,the yield of Campanulae increased by 10.63%,and that of Campanulae increased by 20.7%.(4)The effectiveness verification results of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer based on pig manure compost showed that,compared with other treatments,the content of ascorbic acid and soluble sugar and nitrate were higher in the organic and inorganic compound fertilizer treatments,and the organic and inorganic compound fertilizer could significantly improve the plant quality of lettuce and Xiandao.(5)Single application of organic fertilizer significantly reduced the nitrate content of plants,and the application of organic fertilizer was beneficial to improve the safety of plants.The effectiveness verification results of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer based on pig manure compost showed that compared with other treatments,organic and inorganic compound fertilizer treatment had higher content of total and available nutrients,and organic and inorganic compound fertilizer could significantly improve soil nutrient content.In summary,the formula of pig manure aerobic composting with the ratio of returning bran =2:1 has good moisture removal effect,long thermophilic period,good safety of composting products,and rapid composting maturation,which is conducive to the aerobic composting treatment of pig manure.Organic and inorganic compound fertilizer based on pig manure compost could significantly increase plant yield,improve plant quality,improve soil environment and enhance soil nutrients. |
