| As the main cash crop,Chaotian pepper has a unique spicy taste and rich nutrition,which can be used as a fresh vegetable and processed as a condiment,and is deeply loved by consumers.At present,the main production area of Chaotian pepper in Handan City is Yongnian District and Jize County,and the planting of Chaotian pepper as one of the projects to revitalize the new countryside is the main economic source for local farmers,but in the actual production process,the occurrence of viral diseases and epidemic diseases has led to a decline in the yield and quality of Chaotian pepper,directly affecting the economic income of farmers,while the application of pesticides exceeding the standard,resulting in environmental pollution.Therefore,this experiment selects different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria to act on the seed germination stage,seedling growth stage,field virus disease and epidemic disease occurrence stage,and disease control stage after fruit picking of Facing heaven pepper,to study the effect of photosynthetic bacteria on the growth and disease control of Facing heaven pepper,and to screen out the best concentration of photosynthetic bacteria.The test results are as follows:(1)In the experiment on the effect of different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungicide on seed germination of Chaotian pepper,three different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungicide of 15 billion CFU/m L,20 billion CFU/m L and 25 billion CFU/m L were set up to treat the seeds of Chaotian pepper,and the results showed that when the concentration of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungicide was 25 billion CFU/m L,it had the best effect on seed germination.Therefore,photosynthetic bacteria can be used as a pollution-free growth promoter for the germination of Chaotian pepper seeds,and act on the germination process of Chaotian pepper seeds.(2)In the test on the effect of different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungicide on the seedlings of Chaotian pepper,four groups of photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteria with concentrations of 15 billion CFU/m L,20 billion CFU/m L,25 billion CFU/m L and 30 billion CFU/m L were set up to treat the seedling stage of Chaotian pepper,and the results showed that the growth indicators of Chaotian pepper were the highest when the concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi group were 25 billion CFU/m L and 30 billion CFU/m L,and the concentration was 30 billion CFU/ The photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent group was higher than that of the photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent group with a concentration of 25 billion CFU/m L,and with the increase of the concentration of photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent,the physiological indexes of Chaotian pepper were improved,indicating that photosynthetic bacteria had a promoting effect on the growth of seedlings of Chaotian pepper at a certain concentration.(3)In the test on the effect of different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi on Chaotian pepper virus disease,epidemic disease and its yield,four groups of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi with concentrations of 15 billion CFU/m L,20 billion CFU/m L,25 billion CFU/m L and 30 billion CFU/m L were set up to treat the pathogenesis stage of Chaotian pepper virus disease and epidemic,and the results showed that the prevention and control effect of Chaotian pepper was best when the concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi group were 25 billion CFU/m L and 30 billion CFU/m L It shows that with the increase of the concentration of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi,the prevention and control effect of Chaotian pepper virus disease and epidemic disease is also improving,and the effect of spraying photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent before and after the onset is generally better than the prevention and control effect after the onset,indicating that photosynthetic bacteria can play a preventive role in the prevention and control of Chaotian pepper virus disease and epidemic disease at a certain concentration.(4)In the experiment on the effect of different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungics on the fruits after picking of Chaotian pepper,four groups of photosynthetic bacterial liquid fungi with concentrations of 15 billion CFU/m L,20 billion CFU/m L,25 billion CFU/m L and 30 billion CFU/m L were placed to treat the fruits of Chaotian pepper after picking,and the results showed that the photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent group with a concentration of 30 billion CFU/m L and the photosynthetic bacterial liquid bacteriological agent group with a concentration of 25 billion CFU/m L were relatively good.Compared with the CK group,there were obvious differences,indicating that photosynthetic bacteria were effective in disease control after picking Chaotian pepper fruit at a certain concentration. |
