| Chili pepper were used to study the effect on seeds germination potential and germination rate in different soaking time and soaking liquid.Discussing that the effect on Chili pepper plants to the growth of pre-and post-fruit output and quality i n d i fferent nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium ratio of fertilizer in three factors used at the same time the level of secondary return almost five orthogonal rotation combinatorial way.The results showes that:(1) Chili pepper seeds can germinate under different soaking time in 75℃hot water, Alpha-microbies to 1,000 times,500 times the beneficial Konami and borax to 0.1 percent.And the maximum germination rate reached to 89 percent is that which soaking in Alpha-microbies to 1,000 times of 12 h.And the germination potential reached the highest and quality of the best germination when Chili pepper seeds soaked time to 12 hours and under 30℃for 3 days.(2)The analyse to nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio of different application to pre-pepper plants of Chili pepper's growth quantity with the main effects and interaction effect is:the early vegetative growth of Chili pepper plant is best in nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is respectively 60 g,18g and 62.19 g,theoretical height and breadth,respectively,reached to 85.22 cm and 102.76 cm.(3)The analyse to nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio of different application to the latter part of the Chili pepper's fruit yield with the main effects and interaction effect is:When nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is respectively(47.84 / plant), (14.35 g / plant) and(39g / plant ),Chili pepper fruit yield reach highest,theoretical yield reach to 645.04 g of individual plant.(4) The analyse to nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio of different application to the latter part of the Chili pepper's fruit flavor and quality with the main effects of the interaction effects is:When the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer is respectively(60 g / plant,18 g / plant,78 g / plant),the best quality pepper fruit flavor,fruit and VC in the capsaicin content of up to 2.17 mg / g (DW) and 177.67 mg/100g(FW).
