| Tomato is an important cash crop in China’s facility horticulture,which is sweet and delicious,rich in nutrition,and is deeply loved by consumers.Facility tomato cultivation technology is widely used around the world,but there are still some problems in its technical aspects.In view of the in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the planting of tomatoes in facilities,this study used’Jingfan 603’tomato as the test material to analyze the effect of antiviral agents on the prevention and control of tomato virus diseases in facility tomatoes,and studied the effects of antiviral agents,different cultivation substrates and microbial fertilizers on tomato growth,fruit quality and yield,and screened out new cultivation modes suitable for tomato production in facilities.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The use of different antiviral agents for the prevention and control of tomato virus disease in the facility showed that the incidence rate of plants using oligosaccharide and chain protein biopesticides was 18.50%,and the control effect of viral diseases was 81.00%;The plant height of tomato was 100.02 cm,the leaf area was320.20 cm~2,the chlorophyll content was 5.06 mg/100g,the fresh plant quality was650.20 g,the root vitality was 300.35μg/g,the vitamin C content was 22.30 mg/100g,the soluble sugar content was 15.30%,the nitrate content was 8.02 mg/kg,and the mu yield was 2458.13 kg,which was significantly better than the control group and other experimental groups.(2)The facility tomatoes were cultivated using different planting substrates,and it was found that after using desalted coir substrate,the tomato plant height was 105.50cm,the leaf area was 330.54 cm~2,the chlorophyll content was 6.04 mg/100g,the fresh plant quality was 666.32 g,the root vitality was 3310.32μg/g,the vitamin C content was 23.21 mg/100 g,the soluble sugar content was 16.30%,the nitrate content was 3.20mg/kg,The mu yield was 2532.30 kg,which was significantly better than the control group and other experimental groups.(3)Using different fertilizers to cultivate the facility tomatoes,the study found that after using microbial fertilizers,the plant height of the facility tomatoes was 113.62 cm,the leaf area was 360.50 cm~2,the chlorophyll content was 6.95 mg/100 g,the fresh plant quality was 690.32 g,the root vitality was 320.10μg/g,the vitamin C content was25.00 mg/100 g,the soluble sugar content was 17.00%,the nitrate content was 4.58mg/kg,The mu yield was 2624.88 kg,which was significantly better than the control group and other experimental groups.(4)After using different cultivation modes of facility tomatoes,the results showed that after adopting the new cultivation mode,the plant height of the facility tomatoes was 120.30 cm,the leaf area was 400.32 cm~2,the chlorophyll content was 7.41 mg/100g,the fresh plant quality was 730.50 g,the root vitality was 350.00μg/g,the vitamin C content was 28.10 mg/100 g,the soluble sugar content was 19.54%,the nitrate content was 1.01 mg/kg,The mu yield was 2760.58 kg,which was significantly better than other cultivation modes.The test proves that the new cultivation mode of facility tomato can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of viral diseases in facility tomato,enhance the growth potential of facility tomato,significantly improve the quality and yield of tomato fruit,and lay a theoretical foundation for the green,scientific,efficient and quality planting of facility tomato,as well as its promotion and application. |
