In view of the problems of soil and water loss existing in the reconstruction and expansion project of Xi’an Railway hub Xi’an Station,a large production and construction project in Xi’an,this paper,from the perspective of the construction side,analyzes the optimization of soil and water conservation design and soil loss prediction in the construction preparation stage.To the implementation of soil and water conservation measures and soil and water conservation monitoring and engineering construction acceptance and maintenance stage of soil and water conservation quality evaluation and effect analysis,the whole process of soil and water conservation engineering construction stage is studied.The research runs through the whole process of the project construction preparation stage,construction implementation stage and acceptance and maintenance stage.Firstly,through literature research and field investigation,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the natural,social and economic characteristics of the project research area,the project area,the overall layout of the project,the soil and rock features of soil conservation,the severe soil loss faced by the project and the current situation of prevention and control are sorted out.Then focus on the construction preparation stage engineering water and soil conservation design optimization scheme,clear the scope of prevention and control responsibility,prevention and control zones,determined the disturbed land consolidation rate of 95%,the total control degree of soil and water loss of 95%,soil loss control ratio of 1.0,slag retention rate of 95%,forest and grass vegetation recovery rate of 97%,forest and grass coverage rate of 25%quantitative control targets;The implementation of soil and water conservation measures and the design of construction organization are analyzed,and the soil erosion loss in the forecast period is quantitatively predicted by the calculation formula of soil erosion modulus method (?)and the analogy method.Then using comparative research,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and statistical analysis and other research methods,evaluated the implementation of soil and water conservation measures and programs in the construction stage and the quality of soil and water conservation engineering in the completion acceptance and maintenance stage,and clarified the content and scope of soil and water conservation monitoring during the construction period,monitoring period and frequency,detection means and methods,the monitoring effect and results were summarized.Finally,based on the initial operation of the project,the effect of soil and water conservation in the whole process of the construction stage is systematically analyzed and evaluated.Through the research,the project has fully realized the soil and water loss prevention and control targets of disturbed land consolidation rate of 99.59%,total control degree of soil and water loss of 99.09%,soil and water loss control ratio of 5.09,slag retention rate of 97.42%,forest and grass vegetation recovery rate of 100%,forest and grass coverage rate of 34.21%.It has formed the design optimization scheme,construction measures,monitoring methods and evaluation system of soil and water conservation in the construction stage of Xi’an Railway Station reconstruction and expansion project of Xi’an railway hub,and constructed the theory and practice system of soil and water conservation in the whole construction stage of large-scale railway construction projects.It provides a reference for soil and water conservation work of similar large-scale railway hub reconstruction and expansion projects and even production and construction projects,and provides a reference for soil and water conservation research of Xi’an city and ecological environment protection of Weihe River basin.
