The water-soil resources in red soil region are highly important.The control of soil erosion for large-scale construction projects which is the main direction of water-soil conservation research,and an important part is how to evaluate the effect of soil erosion control research effectively in construction projects.Based on the limitation of the effectiveness evaluation index of soil erosion control in the evaluation process,a evaluation method of“prediction-actual measurement”is proposed.Multiple methods are utilized to study the evaluation of soil erosion control in red soil region of northwestern Hunan,such as:literature research method,file research method,case analysis method and empirical research method.The main work and results are as follows:(1)From theoretical point of view,the evaluation methods of soil erosion control in red soil area are compared.The background,significance and aim of the study are carded out.The causes,characteristics and harms of soil erosion in China are analyzed in the study.Based on the analysis of the causes of soil erosion and the shortage of current evaluation methods,a“prediction-measurement”evaluation method is proposed,its feasibility is verified by comparing with the main evaluation direction of the current evaluation method.(2)Taking the construction project located in the red soil area of northwestern Hunan as the research object,based on the effectiveness of water-soil conservation of a single project,the results of calculation and analysis of the collected data are as follows:water-soil conservation ratio(C_s)is 99.15%,the soil loss control ratio(C_t)is 95.90%,the soil protection ratio(P_b)is 93.53%,the waste soil protection ratio(P_f)is 98.11%,the vegetation recovery ratio(R_h)is 99.81%,the vegetation coverage(R_f)is 27.86%,and the Prediction of measured governance contrastl(X)is 1.0708.Through the comparison analysis of the evaluation standards of the respective data,the conclusion is drawn that the water-soil conservation measures of the project meet the requirements.In this paper,two methods are used to evaluate the effect of water-soil conservation,and the results are consistent,which further proved the feasibility of the“prediction-measurements”evaluation method.(3)The data of 30 large-scale construction projects in red soil area of northwestern Hunan are substituted into the new evaluation method of the paper,and K-means clustering algorithm is used to grade division.On the basis of qualified project management,three grade ranges of general,good and excellent are added.The specific interval values are:unqualified(0,0.9999],general[1,1.0468],good[1.0469,1.0771],and excellent[1.0772,+∞).The division of the value range will be beneficial to the effectiveness evaluation of soil erosion control in construction projects by the“prediction-actual measurement”evaluation method.
