In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost in the transport process of bamboo timber after cutting,this study analyzed and summarized the transport of ropeway in the existing mountains and orchards,designed and improved the structure of guide wheel set,the key component of bamboo rope hanging ropeway transport,including improving the circumference positioning mechanism of guide wheel set on live bamboo.The restriction mechanism of the movement position of the traction rope before and after the guide wheel group,the special-shaped guide rope piece of the suspension rope,and the follow-up stop rope piece of the traction rope on the support pulley are designed.The automatic fixed point blanking mechanism of bamboo is also designed,and the prototype is produced and the field test is carried out.The main research results are as follows:(1)Three different shapes of bamboo gripper were designed,and the relationship between the clamping force and the circumferential friction force was tested and analyzed.The friction force between the outer surface of the living bamboo and metal,rubber and braided materials was obtained respectively.The data support is provided to select reasonable resistance layer material for the guide wheel set to locate the live bamboo gripper mechanism,so as to ensure that the guide wheel set can not only stabilize the set position on the live bamboo under the transport load,but also automatically adapt to the change of deflection Angle of the traction rope transport road.(2)Traction rope guide rollers with adjustable angles and positions are designed before and after the transport guide wheel set,including 6 rollers in the direction of traction rope in front of the conical wheel and the direction of traction rope in the direction of traction rope out after the support pulley,to prevent the traction rope from breaking away from the guide wheel set due to up and down shaking and excessive fluctuation in the direction of left and right transportation direction during the movement.It ensures that the traction rope and suspension rope work stably on the conical wheel and supporting pulley,which provides a guarantee for bamboo transportation adapting to the complex terrain and creates conditions for the on-demand transformation of bamboo transportation channels.(3)The special-shaped guide rope piece and the follow-up resistance rope piece are designed,so that the bamboo suspension rope can jump over the end face of the support pulley smoothly and the traction rope is stable on the support pulley,which solves the core problem that the suspension rope can pass through the support pulley safely and reliably in the hanging transport of the traction rope,and creates a new way for the bamboo downhill mode of hanging bamboo with the traction rope.In addition,the automatic fixed point blanking mechanism is designed to improve the transportation efficiency and strengthen the safety of bamboo downhill to the end point.(4)SOLIDWORKS software was used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model,and ANSYS software was used to conduct structural finite element simulation,strength check and performance and function simulation of key parts.The test prototype was produced and the field bamboo downhill test was carried out in the bamboo forest in the mountainous area.The results showed that the bamboo transportation steering Angle was large,the traction rope movement was smooth,and the transportation efficiency was obviously improved,which solved the problems of heavy horizontal transportation,low vertical transportation efficiency and poor safety of bamboo downhill after bamboo cutting.The test prototype was suitable for bamboo transportation in a variety of mountainous topography environment.
