China is a country with relatively short forest resources,and the per capita share and forest coverage are lower than the world average.With the increasing demand for wood in the market,the situation of shortage of wood supply is becoming more and more prominent.China is also a country with abundant bamboo resources,and bamboo forest resources,area and output are among the first in the world.Bamboo has outstanding advantages such as good wood replacement,fast growth and strong ecological function,and its ecological,economic and social benefits will be increasingly prominent and important.However,due to the complex growth environment of bamboo resources,there are many problems such as large slope and poor road conditions.Therefore,the transportation of bamboo has brought difficulties such as long transportation cycle,low operation efficiency,high labor intensity,labor tension,poor safety and less applicable machinery,which makes the transportation of bamboo become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of bamboo industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a small-scale truck which is suitable for the operation of the bamboo forest road with complex terrain in the hilly area and can adjust and balance automatically.This paper takes the self balancing bamboo single wheel carrier among bamboo forests as the research object,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)The paper studies and analyzes the surface state and pavement characteristics of the road between bamboo forest in the hilly area of the truck.According to the design task of this project and the design theory of mechanical design methodology,the functional element solution is carried out for each part of the truck,and three feasible design schemes are obtained.The design scheme is evaluated by "effective value analysis",The calculation results show that the weighted value of the single wheel carrier which uses the gear drive components of the stepping motor to adjust the balance is the best design.(2)The structure design of self balancing single wheel carrier is carried out by Solid Works software,which mainly includes the detailed structure design of walking device,loading platform and balance adjusting device.The frame and walking wheel in the walking device are the foundation and key parts of the carrier.The platform mainly refers to two bamboo frames installed on both sides of the single wheel carrier.The balance adjustment device is mainly used to adjust the balance between the left and right sides of the vehicle body through gear transmission.The design and analysis of the balance adjustment device is the innovation and key point of this topic.(3)The finite element analysis of typical parts of self balancing single wheel carrier is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,including the static analysis of the walking wheel mounting frame,motor mounting frame and frame,and modal analysis of the frame,which verifies the rationality of the structure and material strength of the typical parts.The movement simulation of the balance adjusting device of the carrier is carried out by ADAMS software,which verifies the rationality of the design and the stability of the work.(4)The control system of self balancing single wheel carrier is designed.The power source of the carrier is green,pollution-free lithium battery,which is 48v10 ah.The power of the wheel hub motor is 400 W,the diameter of the wheel tire is 20 inches and the width is 3.5inches.The power of the balance adjustment device is the stepping motor.The control system adopts AT89C51 as the main chip,the sensor selects the small wheel spoke force sensor c10 a,and the sensor and controller work together to realize the self balance of the single wheel carrier,and complete the control flow chart of the self balancing adjustment of the balance adjustment device.The design of the self balancing single wheel transport vehicle can effectively solve the problem of poor passing and balance of the bamboo handling tools,improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the labor intensity,and have a good prospect of development.
