| Winter bamboo shoots are a high-end food ingredient with rich nutritional value.Due to their burial underground,the excavation process relies on the experience of bamboo farmers to make judgments.It is difficult and inefficient to identify whether there are bamboo shoots,and a large amount of blind excavation can easily cause damage to the bamboo forest environment.In order to improve the economic benefits of bamboo farmers and assist in the efficient management and management of bamboo forests,this article relies on a key research and development project of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology,and designs a winter bamboo shoot detector based on microwave reflection method.The main research content of the paper is as follows:The paper first analyzes the existing detection technologies at home and abroad,selects the microwave reflection method as the theoretical basis for the winter bamboo shoot detector,and analyzes the dielectric properties of water containing substances at microwave frequencies.The results show that the larger the volume ratio of water in the mixed medium,the smaller the energy of the reflected wave.Based on this,a design scheme for the winter bamboo shoot detector is proposed.Secondly,the transceiver antenna of the detector was designed based on the basic theory of butterfly antennas.The structural parameters of the antenna back cavity and choke groove were optimized using HFSS finite element simulation software.The feasibility of using the antenna for detecting winter bamboo shoots was verified in a simulated detection environment.The simulation results showed that the antenna can clearly distinguish the changes in echo intensity with or without winter bamboo shoots.Process the actual antenna and test it,and the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.Thirdly,the hardware system of the detector was selected and designed,including signal source module,receiver,information processor,RF power amplifier,soil humidity sensor,and step-down power module.Software driver control was completed on the hardware foundation,and the entire winter bamboo shoot detector was built using a handheld framework.Finally,field experiments were conducted in bamboo forests using detectors to explore the effects of different media,depths,and soil moisture content on the detectors;A echo signal detection model for winter bamboo shoots was designed based on convolutional neural networks.After constructing a dataset in the bamboo forest,the model was trained and achieved good results.The experimental results show that the detector can distinguish between signals with and without bamboo shoots under the influence of different factors,and the accuracy of the detector is over 80%. |
